When attempting to return in an UNOPENED and UNUSED condition I was initially told I would have to pay back return shipping and there was nothing they could do for the initial postal payment. Later, after posting a negative review I am now being emailed that they will not accept it period. Extremely unprofessional. This is what differentiates the big companies from small ones like this.

And they did not disappoint. They came out prior to the party and set-up, and said they would leave an additional jug of margarita mix - just in case. Good call because we tapped the second batch about an hour into the festivities. As info, JP's provides the machine, setup, pickup, and mix. You will be responsible for the liquor. At #totalwine, cost for good tequila (2 handles) and triple sec (1 liter) is about $65. That will make one batch or about 4.5 gallons. Don't mess around with trying to buy a cheap machine on e-bay and doing it yourself. This is restaurant quality equipment that will serve up the perfect frozen margarita.

My oldest is now 10, he began going at age 2 when they were connected to Great Beginnings. They are now at 211 PIB, FYI. My younger two have gone since they were infants and I think we've had 3-4 of their birthday parties there. The owner & her staff have an amazing ability to connect with the kids & teach them skills while having a blast in an encouraging, safe environment. My boys have also gone to their summer camps & LOVED them, and we've taken them to countless Kids NIght Out events so we could enjoy a dinner/movie. Such a lifesaver if we decided last minute to do something & didn't have a sitter. My kids are now in school full time & several different sports and I now work FT, so we no longer attend classes. I just really appreciate the years they put into teaching my kids & being so caring and attentive. The owner has 4 grown kids and she always told me funny stories, and really understood how crazy & busy my life with 3 little boys was!! Also - 1 time my mom was visiting and had a terrible fall there. She was quite shaken up & very embarrassed. I had an infant in a car seat carrier at the time + a toddler who was there in class. The owner immediately came over to help my mom up, got her ice, offered to call an ambulance, etc....just totally put my mom at ease and that was priceless to me. Thank you so much, Metro Gym!!

The red carpet entrance immediately made my son feel like a VIP, and the excitement on all of the kids' faces was priceless. The gaming setup was incredible, the truck was clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of room for the kids to relax, play, and have fun together. What impressed me most was how organized and professional everything was. The host kept the kids engaged the entire time, explained everything clearly, and made sure everyone felt included. As a parent, I was actually able to enjoy the party instead of spending the whole time managing it. The personalized touches made a huge difference. Seeing my son's birthday message on the screen and watching him laugh with his friends created memories I'll never forget. Several of the kids were already asking their parents if they could have the same party for their birthdays. If you're on the fence, book it. Seriously. The experience was worth every penny. My son is still talking about it, and judging by the smiles in our photos, this will be one of those birthdays he remembers for years. Thank you for making our birthday boy feel celebrated, special, and like the star of the day.
