I could not be happier with the cost, quality, end results, and the amazing customer service of the entire process. It was a very small and casual backyard ceremony, so we didn't need all that much, but for the cost, the tent with lights, chairs, tables, glassware, flatware, linens and plates were a hit! Their staff delivered them on Friday, our wedding was Saturday, and everything was picked back up on Monday. If we have another large party in the yard I wouldn't hesitate to use All City again!

Their cost was middle of the road in comparison with the other vendors I requested quotes from and even offered me suggestions of alternatives to stay within my budget (really...? thanks for not trying to price gouge me into getting me to rent non-essentials!). They arrived promptly on time, were friendly, courteous, and in spite of a bit of a weather delay, they put up the tent in a lovely Georgia summer rainstorm. I cannot recommend these guys enough!

When they had chairs we ordered available, they lied saying that they overbooked them saying that the chairs went to some other event. Wedding ceremony started on Saturday at 4pm. The chairs were scheduled to come and be set up by Friday (the day before the wedding) evening. But the chairs did not come until 4:30 PM ON SATURDAY, THE DAY OF THE WEDDING. The guests walked in when there were no where to sit. The guests had to set up the chairs so the ceremony can hurry and begin. Can you believe that? The chairs came past the ceremony time. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Thus we asked for full refund, but the company ignored our phone calls and voicemails of complaints. He did not even call back later. Do not ever do business with these guys. Absolutely horrible.
