With very competitive pricing, easy delivery and set up - it was a breeze working with them. I reached out about a week before the party and sent reference photos. They were very prompt and professional! Wonderful experience. Found them on Instagram and sent a DM. Worked out wonderfully

The food was great and well prepared and everyone kept assuring the bride that everything was running smoothly and she had time and not to worry. I gave it only four stars because of the placement of different things and there was no flow, and people where just a mangled mess of trying to get to one photo opportunity to the next or just trying to exit the building for some fresh air. The photo booth and mirror photo op where right in front of the main entrance right next to each other. You could see people coming and going in the photos you where capturing with the mirror photo. People who where just coming in from outside where suddenly standing in a line that they had no idea what the line was for. After coming in to your right is the bar, or you can go strait right into the photo booth line. Either way if you don't want a drink or a photo you are now stuck in a sea of people . They had a great toco bar set up and some snacks floating around on trays. But the toco bar was shoved in the corner and people where coming at it from both directions then after you achieved toco greatness you then had to fight your way through the crowd to find somewhere to eat your toco. They need to re think the placement of a few things and maybe put up some signs to direct people to help control the flow.

Very professional. Food and flowers were magnificent. It was a magical night. Thank you Carl House.read more

Non jumpers can sit in the lounge area, on benches or bleachers to see their jumpers have fun which is great! We had one of my kiddos birthday parties here and I had a whole room I was able to decorate (which I love! I'm the party queen after all!!) and the kids had an absolute blast with pizza and drinks after their jumping time definitely a fun party worth looking into! While you can't see everyone's pictures, you can see they have galleries and a lot of them are return clients. She has great packages too. I've had 2 grandchildren and we've used the baby plan for both of them. We used her as our daughter's wedding photographer, and for senior photos. She's so versatile and is easy to work with. I'm so glad I found her and will continue to support her and her business! #alyssafilkinsphotography

We hosted around 50 people for dinner, followed by a welcome drinks open house with about 100-125 guests. The venue was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with plenty of parking and flexibility for our setup. They even allowed us early access to decorate, which made the day much less stressful. All of the food was phenomenal as well, we had all of our guests raving about both dinner and dessert! Jennifer was our main point of contact, and she made planning easy--from selecting the menu and desserts to adjusting our guest count and décor details. She was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The only hiccup was with two unplanned young guests (under 10) who arrived last-minute. The staff quickly added chairs, but we were later charged ~$310 for their attendance. I didn't see this invoice and was charged to the card on file while on our honeymoon. Though the charge was small in the grand scheme, it felt a little steep considering it was buffet-style and the kids were light eaters. Still, that was a minor bump in an otherwise smooth experience. I highly recommend Trumps for any event--they offer great service, beautiful space, and delicious food.
