I did not receive it because the postal system in my area did not work on Saturday. This was not advertised on their website but now the item was useless to me as the event I needed it for already occurred. When attempting to return in an UNOPENED and UNUSED condition I was initially told I would have to pay back return shipping and there was nothing they could do for the initial postal payment. Later, after posting a negative review I am now being emailed that they will not accept it period. Extremely unprofessional. This is what differentiates the big companies from small ones like this.

JB jams has always done a great job ffor us but november 24th was outstanding. We asked them to be…read morethe event planner for our anniversary party. Sue took care of coordinating the venue setup, provided decorations and also worked with catering vendor so we could enjoy a stress free evening. Of course their dj was fantastic, great song selection curated by Sue based on the crowd we described. Dance floor stayed full and everyone had fun. Dj led a wobble lesson and everyone joined in. Sue had lots of little suggetions that enhanced the party experience. All our family and friends tell us it was the most fun they have had in a long time
