I was pretty overwhelmed trying to organize a wedding in Atlanta where there are a million vendors for everything. The Wedding Box had a very clear understanding of my vision and budget. Stefanie would only refer vendors to me that she knew I would like and could afford but was also extremely willing to work with anyone that I had found on my own. This includes the awful, heinous, mean (think of every bad word you can come up with) woman at my venue that almost put me in tears (btw, I am NOT a crier). The communication was not great. The instructions are that you'll be contacted by the entertainer the week prior to the event. Fri morning I hadn't heard anything so I reached out and was told she'd contact me on the afternoon and they never did. The following morning (day of the party) they reached out and said they had an incorrect phone number and they didn't respond Fri evening b/c of business hours. Mistakes happen, very understandable but all of it could have been avoided if they didn't wait until the afternoon before the party to reach out. Tiffeney was incredibly apologetic, the owner never apologized, just explained the oversight and how negative review impact the business.
