Most of the times you are not going to get beyond a computer or a counter so this was refreshing. Yes, you have the option of going to a website and reviewing the available options but I liked getting to know the owner in a direct way. I contacted three different companies in the Roswell area and got very different quotes, some of the prices I got were astronomical. I have been working with customers for many years and generally have a good feeling about when I meet someone if I will do business with them. When I met Bryan from Signarama and talked with him about my project I felt like he actually cared about my business and gave me some good advice in the process. The signs were delivered and installed perfectly and on time at a very reasonable price (permits included). Even after the main sign was finished Bryan and Erin helped me design other smaller logos that I needed for my business. All of the signs are top notch, especially the lit LED main sign outside my building which looks amazing. I walked in and asked them if they could do a special project for my parent's 50th anniversary that was happening in two days. They listened and considered what I had to propose. They were able to deliver and the quality was TOP NOTCH. I had them use my parent's wedding picture from 1966 to make a stand up version of them. When I saw it I was amazed at how clear it was. It was like I was looking at my parents as 20 somethings. When my parents saw themselves from 50 years ago they were impressed. They had huge smiles on their faces through out the dinner. My mom even said she could not stop looking at how good they looked. Nish and Shah are two of the most amazing people to do business with because of how they care for their customer. They talk to you and hear you on what you want and do it for a price where both parties are happy.
