Update: They give points for taking qualifiers and not getting them. 25 points to be exact. I accumulated about 46.00 in points that I could cash out for gift cards. After this review. They removed the points. Again.....stay clear of this place clients and consumers. Glad i chose not to go back.
I debated on whether or not to post this but appreciate it don't care! I decided not to go back after I was wrongfully suspended citing noticeable discrimination at this place. I think it's important that their consumers and clients know they really only want Caucasian people at this facility. I never had this problem before but recently they were bought out by Curion and fired most of the staff of "minority" decent. Ms. Ann is a major racist and if you see her in n there just avoid her as the facility goes out of their way to protect the white people working here. They lied and said I had ongoing issues but never could give me dates or times of these said incidents. I asked for a manager to call me and they never called at all. But somehow after I made a statement to the about what I observed a few times i came to the facility how they were more "flexable" when it came to white people and not so much with minorities ...then all of a sudden they had "ongoing issues". I lived by the airport and drove over an hour to get to the facility but would be turned around by Ann or Lisa. But white people would come in late at times or needed at be added on and they would do it with not a second guess. I wrote the call center and rather than them address the racism...they stood on my suspension and didn't show me anything to support my "facility violation". I can provide photos. It pains me to have to write this because the Sandy Springs location is the total opposite of this one. In fact ...if I ever went back and was allowed it would on be to that facility. Now allegedly im only suspended 60 days. But with the way they allow racism at this location....I think im good. It's other places in GA that do the same thing. I will separate from a company that supports racism in consumer opinions. The clients should know this too before hiring them. If I could give the 0 stars I would. read more
