I came into Fleet Feet in Lawrenceville looking for shoes for myself and my three daughters, and Kaylee was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She was incredibly helpful, respectful, knowledgeable, and patient. She took the time to listen to what we needed, answer all of our questions, and help us find the perfect shoes. We never felt rushed or like we were just another customer. What impressed me even more was watching her multitask. While she was helping my family, there was also a sweet older couple in the store who needed assistance, and Kaylee handled everything so professionally and gracefully. She somehow managed to give everyone the attention they deserved while making each customer feel important and taken care of. That really stood out to me! Kaylee is truly a wonderful representative of Fleet Feet. She was friendly, informative, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we found exactly what we needed. It was interesting but very overpriced in my opinion. Also, a lot of the jewelry could easily be made at home for cheaper. I saw a $90 dollar five strand beaded choker which would cost about $10 to make. It's a cool store to go in once but after seeing the prices for jewelry I could make myself I don't think I'll be going back.

Came to this store as an alternative to my regular beauty supply store, as I remembered I needed gel. I walked into the store and was greeted by an older Asian woman as I proceeded down the isles looking for gel. I noticed for every aisle I went down, there was an Asian man following me at the end of every aisle cap. I looked down and saw the gel just as he walked towards me asking could he help me. I said no, and he put his hands up and repeated himself. I said no again. I proceeded to the front of the store where they both were standing and watching me. I turned, said " Have a nice day" and went to the other beauty supply store about a mile away. I'll never come here again.
