The only reason I am leaving a 1 star rating is because I can't leave no stars which is what they deserve . In the month of December I ordered a Nintendo switch for a Christmas present through game stop online . I did not know that game stop used door dash to make their deliveries . The next day I receive a text message from door dash saying the dasher was on its way with my order providing me a tracking for the dasher . Upon tracking the dasher for 2 hours . At 7:30 I get another text saying that the dasher is at my door to make the delivery . I go outside but the dasher is no where - when I call the dasher the phone does not ring and it goes straight to voice mail . 1 hour after being on the phone with door dash to try and find out where my package was delivered . I get a text Message from door dash with the picture of a floor mat in a house that does not show the actual door or front of the house. I do not know who this house is or where the package was left . Game stop doesn't want to take responsibility for the order since they handed the order to door dash . However why would game stop not at least conceal the order instead hands the dasher the order in a bag that clearly shows what item is inside . Our daughter is particularly fond of games and I of course cannot resist the puppy dog eyes after I drag her to Sam's Club in sweltering heat. We check it out to see if they have anything new, and she finds an older game she wants and we find out that if you get two older or used you get a third free. Her eyes lit up and so did her dad's so I left them be and went in search of a good pair of flip flops next door. Loads of games, good service and decent prices with some awesome sales. read more

Absolutely awful service. I was trying to actually purchase a game, ya know give money to purchase a good so the store makes a profit, but the cashier found it more productive to stuff game sleeves instead of ringing up a client. After what seemed like an eternity holding my game there I just dropped it and left. Maybe focus on ringing up purchases in the future. Don't come to this GameStop. read more

Poor customer service by the short guy with glasses and a brown beard. If I was corporate, I would not want this employee working for me. It was clear that this employee did not want to be there by the way he interacts with customers. His response when I politely declined his offer for a screen-protector/extended warranty? "Whatever, it's your loss." This employee is just bad for business and needs to better his interpersonal communication skills. read more

I've worked at GameStop for 5 years. I will never go to this one again however. During my time working at GameStop, I had experienced much sexism from gamers thinking I don't know anything about games because of my appearance. Today I was literally treated and talked to like a 10 year old who had no clue how a system worked after the associates at this store tried to sell me a game warranty. I've never experienced service like this and don't plan on going back. read more

I love this place its an awsome place to buy game the sales are awsome. These games are for x box , psp, ps2, and wii and more it the best. All the games are awsome they are organized and in its place. I would prefer game stop that any other game stores. They have new games and old games but all of the game in that store are awsome! read more
