Our experience with Star Video started out on such a positive note. She said we could come back the next day and look through them (there were a lot!) and she would give us a fair price on the whole thing. We just went back to do that and her attitude towards us was completely different. She was cold with us, and when we brought up our selection of VHS tapes and LPs, she refused to give us prices on them and pulled several out, saying they weren't for sale. After trying to understand what was going on, cause it was clear there were miscommunications involved, she said she wouldn't sell any of it to us. She said that SHE was getting frustrated with us arguing with her - I said I was just trying to understand what had happened between yesterday and today cause she was treating us so differently. She tried "explaining" that I misunderstood what she said, but in the process of doing so - she contradicted herself several times and didn't make any kind of logical sense in the things she was saying. Our conversation and business ended there. So beware - don't bother looking through her products. She wonders why her business has been hurting lately.....we just found out why.
