It's always worth the trip, even in the rare instances that I don't end up buying or selling anything. I just enjoy being there. I'm mainly looking for ps1-2 games, so that's all I'll really speak on here. They have a solid selection and variety of games for what I'm in the market for. Usually most places only have 5000 copies of old sports games. I can typically walk out of VGT with something nice or rare that I wanted as a kid. Highly recommend supporting this business. If you see something a bit cheaper on eBay or Amazon, just buy it here. Small businesses like this are hard to come by and need the support to stay alive.

We were blown away with their selection or retro gaming and modern gaming as well along with reasonable prices for most items. I've visited this Barnes & Noble location several times, and every previous visit has been…read morepleasant. Unfortunately, this experience was very different. The cashier, a gentleman with sandy red hair, gave the customer ahead of me excellent service. He was friendly, talkative, asked if the customer had a Rewards membership, took the time to explain the program, handed him his bag, and waited until he walked away before calling me to the register. When it was my turn, there was no greeting or conversation. I placed my book on the counter, and he simply rang it up and said my total. Only as I was paying did he quickly ask if I had a Rewards card, almost as an afterthought. Before he had even put my receipt in the bag, he was already calling the next customer over. I had a question, but he rushed through his response so quickly that it felt like he couldn't wait to move on. The difference in how I was treated compared to the customer before me was very noticeable. I left feeling like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. I've always enjoyed shopping at this location, which is why this interaction was so disappointing. I hope management reminds staff that every customer deserves the same level of courtesy and attention.

That being said, they will take your money for a pre-order then not have your order on the day due. Nor will they call you to let you know about this time wasting nonsense.
