Unfortunately there is a rule where if the game still has the seal on it, you can't take it in for trade... so instead of just popping the seal and taking a brand new game as used and letting me get on my way, lady says I have to wait a full 24 hours since she saw it with the seal on it. So now I have to drive to a different location, al because she is refusing to take the game as used, because the seal is on it. Even asked her if I pop the seal myself, you can't just say, hey cool. It might seem like pandering to try and wring some money out of you for pre-ordering, but there have been a number of times where these guys have let me know about something that I was definitely interested in that I would not have found out about otherwise. My biggest issue with this place is the lack of selection; I've often run into the problem of them not having the game I am looking for or just being completely SOL because I didn't pre-order.
