On 07-27-25 I was told by a store employee that the movie I wanted wasn't in stock but that it could be ordered online. I proceeded to their website which seemed legitimate and ordered the movie. Funds were taken from my account almost immediately. Though all I got when I ordered the movie was a screen showing I paid for the movie. I did a screenshot of the receipt as a back-up. Several days later I hadn't heard anything about the status of my order. When I went back to their website I then found no way to track or even confirm my order. So I called the store which promptly told me they had nothing to do with online orders and I would have to call corporate, however they had no number to give me. I now had to google corporate to locate a phone number which was answered by a machine telling me I had reached their "Warehouse/Online" number. I was instructed to leave a message and my call would be returned. There was no indication of when it would be returned. 3 days now passed and I came to learn another number. That number connected me to another number for employee/HR issues. This number was also answered by another automated system. It too said to leave a message and my call would be returned as soon as possible. I made 2 additional calls to each number and none of my calls have been returned. So now in reading reviews I find this company is listed as multiple companies all of which have countless complaints for selling defective items, to ignoring its customers and on and on. Finally the receipt that appeared on the screen was only a 5 digit number. That tells me that they could only have had up to 99,999 sales since 2014. There is NOTHING about this Company which screams nothing but shady. I could care less about $11.00 but live by principle. So hopefully this will serve as a message to all other consumers to avoid and or perhaps even put this Company and companies like it out of business. Thank You for reading. read more

I have been going to EntertainMart for a couple years now and I have always had a fun experience. I enjoy all of their inventory and the staff were helpful when I needed assistance. I love their movie and show collection as I have been stocking up on more physical media and it's always been in great condition. They seem to be reorganizing the shop currently and it is making the store easier to navigate! This is my first stop when looking for a movie or show that I want to own. read more

I rarely post negative reviews (only for extreme cases) but thought it was appropriate at this stage. I'm not one to gripe much but given the apathy from EntertainMart and the Corporate Headquarters on my return I felt it was appropriate to share with others. We bought several DVDs from the company and didn't get around to watching them within the apparent 30 day return window (which I was unaware). When we opened the case it was a different movie than the one we purchased. When I returned it the staff refused to work with me at all given the 30 day return policy. Despite the explanation the management refused to work with me on a $6 DVD. I also attempted to contact corporate which never returned my call. I have always been a huge supporter over the years but the company has lost a valued and loyal customer over $6. This was a very simple problem the management could've easily resolved but refused to work with me. I will not patronage company again. read more

Overall, Entertainmart is a scam of a place. I attempted to sell my Pokemon DS, in case, Pokemon Diamond. I had no scratches on it, nothing wrong with it. I also attempted to do the same with my Pokemon Ultra Sun, in case as well. Both of these are high value, Pokemon games. They are pricy, I expected perhaps half of current day stock value, maybe a little less. Diamond went for about $50, in case; Ultra Sun for about $35, in case. Mainly, the staff, were very violent with the cartridges. I thought they'd break them, the clerk did not know how to delicately remove them. They were absolutely brutal with it and didn't not care. Their attitude was also abysmal to start. The kicker? They offered me $8. Not $80, not 8 trade in for games, no. A measly $8. That is ludicrous lunacy. The biggest slam on this was I went in a mere few days later, wandering and browsing manga (which they price even the pre-owned ones at market value, no shocker there.*) and I found two pokemon games behind glass, not in a case, for $25 EACH. So, let's be generous and say, if the case was with them it'd only raise it to $30. That means... They were offering me $8 for something they'd resale (combined) for well over $50. (* Barnes and Nobles is across the street and yes, they upcharge you for an extra dollar or two for certain manga you could get across the street without the upcharge and without the creepy employees and disgusting bathrooms.) Do not, under any circumstances, even if you are desprate to get rid of movies, games, books, manga, comic books, or consoles, give them any of it. They scam you out of any amount of proper money you'd get from them. You could get more taking it to a sketchy pawn shop than here. read more

I visited this store for the first time today...and I won't be back. The sales staff were some of the rudest, most uncaring staff I have ever seen in any store I've been in. Their job is to unlock the cases and sell merchandise...not act like they're inconvenienced. My daughter and grandson just walked away and I went to the counter to pay for my DVD which, thank God, I didn't have to ask assistance to find. The place is huge, they have lots of stuff, and the couple places we looked (vintage games and some movies) things were in a basic alphabetical order. Firstly, the staff is great! They're always helpful, friendly and truly go out of their way to help you. I really love how this place has kept all the former Media Play posters from 1991 on the upper wall. Unfortunately this place is just not in a desirable location which makes one feel unsafe in the parking lot. Tried to sell my PS4 they claimed it was opened because a screw (for the hard drive cover) had loosened itself and then pointed at engraved logos on the back of the PS4 saying "Yup it's been opened". Place is unreasonable and has inexperienced employees . Don't sell anything here. read more

Well, what can I say. It's big. It's got what you are looking for. I went in not expecting a whole lot, but was mildly impressed by the variety of what they had. I collect old video games, and they had pretty much everything from Atari 2600 up to the latest console generation. Lots of decent deals to be had, especially if you are looking for things that you may have missed when they were "new hotness". I picked up a handful of Xbox 360 and PS3 games I had been looking for, and a handful of Game Boy cartridges that were "not the greatest games" ever made, but for $3.. what the hell, I threw them in anyway. Prices seemed reasonable, and everything I bought worked flawlessly.. even the cheap GameBoy carts that were tossed in a huge cardboard box for you to sift through. There are a couple of downsides. I love buying cheap music CD grab bags, which they had for a pretty reasonable $15 for 50 discs. And while I was pleasantly surprised that there was actually a few decent albums in there and not a lot of dreck, there were about a half-dozen duplicates, one album being in there three times (!?). I've purchased similar bargain grab-bags from a lot of different used media stores and most of them attempt to ensure there are no dupes, so it was a little bit disappointing to have that many in a bag. It was still a bargain at the price, however, and won't stop me from buying more in the future. Another downside is the place is a bit dirty and disorganized. While I did not venture into the bathroom, I did notice that there was an odd odor coming from that area, so ... tread with caution. My interactions with the staff were cordial enough. I walked up, dropped my stuff on the counter, handed them my credit card, and left with my purchases. Don't expect anything more than a clearance outlet atmosphere and an overwhelming quantity of stuff to sort through to find what you are looking for and you'll probably be alright. read more

His machine wasn't working so he texted me the next day to say they're ready to go and only charged me for one. He's wonderful and really prompt service. Took some DVD's , CD's and Games to Entertainment to sell. Their add says they pay more. I was floored when I got there breakdown on what they would pay me for my items. Many of the items they only offered 1 cent, yea 1 penny others 5 cents. The majority was 1 cent, 5 cents and 25 cents. I went on there floor and priced some of the items they offered pennies for and they had priced at $3.99. I understand I dont have to sell to them, but I suggest other options if your thinking on selling your stuff. read more

They have this sale: buy two get 3 free. The text message I recieved stated ONLY books are apart of this sale. So I got a brand new book and to used, then a 3 dollar movie. As my card was being charged the guy behind counter then stated: oh it only works on items with yellow tags. So I paid 20 dollars are s 3 dollar movie. 1: multiple people work at Entertainmart, and not one person said anything about yellow tags until it was too late to return anything. 2: they are very rude and dont know a damn thing about costumer service. 3: being robbed of money is one thing, I'd be cool if you guys would have exaplaing your own sale, or out up some damn signs. read more

This is always a fun place to browse. Some stuff can be a little pricey, but they have a good selection of games, movies, and more. If you shop used and during a sale you can find prices that are more than fair. Staff generally seems to be helpful. Ive had a few issues with disc reading on games and they always found a way to make it right, which is important. read more

Sure, it's an older building and warehouse storage like, but the selection and pricing are excellent! So if you want the Best Prices in Books, Albums, CD's, Games, DVD's, etc.., Shop Here and don't worry what the place looks like. The Staff has always been helpful with me, including a Sales Clerk yesterday who informed me that "Red Tag" Items were Buy One Get One Free Today. He then suspended my sale to allow me time pick up another Red Tag item. That is customer service! I would have rated as 5 Stars if the store had been pristine, but then again, the item pricing would surely have gone up, so it's your choice. read more
