Ran into an ad that this place had one for 300 bucks, and although very skeptical, knew I had to come check it out. They did me the favor of hooking it up to the TV and showing me it worked, and even then, I was still very skeptical. I went to 3 different Verizon stores to look for answers about international travel for an extended…read moreperiod of time and needing an unlocked phone. (AKA possibly needing two carriers when I'm overseas) This was the only store (Kemah) that could answer my questions. Mr. Gerardo suggested a BYOD device deal (the only store who presented it), as such I was able to upgrade my phone AND keep my old 'unlocked SIM' phone as a backup for international travel if I opened a new line w/ Verizon for the old phone, ($5 a month). This cost offset the additional trade in value for the new phone anyway, so it was a wash to keep my old phone. He was very transparent on Verizon's rules and contracts; I knew what I was getting into. Thank you Mr. Gerardo for the knowledgeable service!

Had a great service when we picked up our phones by the young girl that sold them, but afterwards…read moredecided to add an iPad to my account and horrible idea. The manager said they cancelled the order after waiting a week and calling daily. Called and spoke with corporate, they said it had never been canceled so Be careful. Give you the update on whether I get the iPad or what happened to it but it's on my account now!
