I don't understand how hard it is to work at game stop. This may seem ridiculous but it's the fact of the matter. I collect Pop!s. Well I went to game stop just to look around. I saw the new Spiderman series pops on the counter. I said let me get 4 out of the 5 please. Guy rang all of them up. Then looks at me and says let me go talk to my manager. Comes back and says he can't sell them until May 1st. So then I ask, why the fuck are they out on the shelf for people to buy. I don't understand why the bad reviews because there's nothing wrong with this place unlike the one in Crosby. Kat is really interesting because well she is Kat and out there lol. Beth; the manager is really cool cause she'll mess with you when you jack with her. We go in and say every now and then we're going to cancel a few preorders and she'll say something like, "It's a no cancel Thursday". Or whatever day it is when we come in. This location has really improved from a few years ago when it was just down right garbage and why we never preordered. The only complaint I do have is that when I did a preorder it was for the PS4 and it came in on the Switch instead (but it WASN'T this location's fault). The blame on this is the corporate office for now knowing how to read something and only caring about . If it wasn't for heavy gamers like me, my wife, and I'm sure a few employees at this location, and a few other gamers; this place would go under. In all honesty; corporate really needs to check their employees out here at this location because they're going above and beyond to help you out and look things up on their out of date computers and systems (hint hint to corporate). If their system won't come up with something they look it up on their phones or iPad they keep there. They also need a raise and more incentives (vacation, raises, or something good). read more

Gamestop greatly disappointed me with my last purchase there. I bought 2 copies of Halo Reach for the 360. It was about $128 as I expected. I then found out a friend of mine bought his at Best Buy and received a $20 gift card for making his purchase there. Later that night I was at Walmart shopping. While there my brother in law bought a copy of Halo Reach. When he did they gave him a $20 gift card. I felt screwed. You'd figure Gamestop could have thrown me a bone for purchasing two copies of the game. On the plus side, their used games are reasonably priced and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. read more
