If for any reason I can't find what I'm looking for instore the staff are always extremely helpful & quick to assist in placing orders, which have always arrived promptly without any trouble. The foodhall, again though small, is absolutely excellent & carries a wonderful selection of produce which is always fresh & of the best quality. Special mention should also go the the M&S café staff. Since visiting with a small child, previously in a pushchair, they have always been exceptionally helpful & have gone out of their way to assist me in anyway possible.

Stephen was very knowledgeable and helped me through the process of choosing my laptop and now that I have my dream laptop I couldn't be happier. The array and range of games they have here is unbelievable. Lots of games and puzzles for all ages, and baby accessories such as cots. They also have electric bikes and cars, Wendy houses and bikes. The only downside is that if you go here at the weekend, you can queue for a little while and this can take even longer if there are cranky kids in front! If you can't find the game you want I will be amazed!

The only problems I have ever had are when I have returned an item after Christmas and the queue is out of the door! The staff are great though and I feel sorry for them when they are that busy. Also recently found out they do a stock take around March (i think) so if you have ever wondered why they don't have much stock just after Christmas it is something to do with that and not ordering new stuff until after the stock take - was explained to me by a member of staff last year but I'm sure it was along the lines of that!!

Another shop that has a very limited selection for boys though, the range here needs to be increased but if you have girls its ideal. Annoying thing their card system you have to sign as it dont have chip and pin. Have been behind people who have gone to sign but have found their cards signature strip is worn out and the shop assistants wont accept their card, cue an irate customer and a trip to the cashpoint, needs to be updated.

Give this place a try though. As well as repairing PC's and laptops, you can also purchase laptops and other computer accessories from here. But to be honest I would be more comfortable buying a computer/laptop from elsewhere. The CD's on sale are pretty expensive and that led to me buying them from another place. The prices in terms of the laptops being sold are pretty good. But again I would go somewhere else to buy a laptop. Customers I have spoken to have said they would come back to this shop and get their laptops repaired. The wait was not that long which was one reason why they said they would return. Staff are really helpful and they do know their stuff.
