Worst customer services I've ever had from any company, and I mean ever! Had a damaged faulty TV delivered to me and I was told it would be collected and exchanged for a new one in one day only for the faulty one to be collected and no new TV delivered! No one in-store will help as it's an online order, and when you call customer services all they say is you'll have to wait for a phone callback which never happens either. Been promised a managers call now to log a complaint probably 30+ times, and I'm still waiting for that as well as my replacement TV. Go elsewhere, even if you have to pay more! read more

The worst customer service I've ever experienced! Just been in to measure up a kitchen appliance to see if it would fit and then wanted to purchase it. While I was squatting measuring the full external dimensions of the appliance open, a member of staff walked into me kneeing me in the back. Offering an incredibly insincere feeble apology - the so a child offers when they don't want to say sorry. Yes I was squatting, but I was in a well lit and spacious area dressed in a contrasting colour to the white goods section, to have not seen me you would have to have been blind!! Then on wanting to order my chosen appliance, not only did I have to wait a good 5-10 mins for the staff to finish their gossip group. I was told it wasn't in stock and I couldn't order to collect it either. The reason being they don't have the storage space in the warehouse - seriously!? My advice is don't judge customers by how they look. Not only is that rude, but it causes a loss in sales. Because now I have to buy it elsewhere. read more

This is a very large store just off junction 9 M6. Free carparking, friendly staff that dont hassle you but ensure that they help you when you require assistance. I like this store because there is just so much choice and there are sections where the children can be entertained by playing xbox, wi games etc or playing with the latest interactive and 3D tv's etc. read more

Bought an apply Mac today and Keith was great - very helpful and no pressure was applied yet informative re our needs - and mine as an Artist! - really great thank you - then Matthew came in to help re aftercare etc at the end - Years ago this kind of "help" in Newport Gwent was unclear and non-expert re detail and in recognising individual needs. Purchased a Samsung smart tv, tv mounts recommended by the sales person sold to us 4 times was the wrong one each time. Had to reschedule installation 4 times!!!!! The 4th time they never showed up and no call. It's been 7 days and still no progress. Currys has no knowledge of their products, customer service is terrible and from our experience they don't value their customers either!!!!!!! read more

really large store with plenty of variety of different models and types of computers and laptops and other products too. the staff are very helpful and always happy to help. its ideally located just off the M6 so easy to get too. read more

I find the staff unhelpful, we were left for over 30mins in the corner of the store where there is chairs etc, terrible customer service. its overpriced but sometimes they have really good deals but its not worth the hassle. All the staff seem to be on a go slow! dont waste your time read more

PC World is a decent store, its much better than the previous store it had over the road. They are always well stocked and the staff are friendly, although they are a little hard to find. They always leave you alone to look at stuff for yourself but are on hand to give you every bit of tech info you could possibly imagine! If you ever need a PC or accessories go to PC World! read more

new layout has bought the store into a mega modern world. its a lovely feel. you can soend hours in there loooking and testing technology. they had an amazing open day sale that unfortunately was mareed by troublesome sale visitors who had a fight. good publicity anyway read more

its set on a wednesbury complex tha has access from the main road and near to juncion 9 of the motorway, although a very busy junction its still easily accessible. it is currently been overshadowed by the new modern currys on the samecmplex. the building may notbe as good but therigoods and prices match andifyou pre order off the internet beforeyou fetch, you get even better deals. saff seem very knowledgeable and their is a pc doctor partfor those with problems. read more
