Yelp Review…read more Unfortunately, my experience with Jose was very disappointing and unprofessional. I originally contacted him about repairing my dryer, and he told me he would come out to help. I waited and made several attempts to contact him, but he never showed up and never gave me the courtesy of letting me know that he was no longer coming. What was especially disappointing was that my messages were being read, but I received no response. I understand that things happen and schedules can change, but communication is extremely important when you are running a business. A simple message or phone call saying he couldn't make it would have been enough. I had also recommended Jose to other people, and they experienced the same difficulty trying to reach him. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I can no longer recommend his services. I'm sharing this review not out of anger, but because I believe customers deserve professionalism, honesty, and basic communication. I truly hope Jose takes this feedback seriously and understands how frustrating it is for someone to wait for a service and then be completely left without an explanation. I wish him the best, but unfortunately, this was not the level of professionalism I expected.

They were supposed to have called me 30 minutes before the repair man arrived. I got a phone call…read morefrom the office stating that the repairman was there and that he will only wait five minutes followed by the excuse that "sometimes his call don't go through". (Customers are so inconvenient !) After assessing the situation with the brand new refrigerator that I had ordered from Costco the repair man suggested replacing the whole door. I told him no thank you. I'll just re-order and return this one to Costco. After all that, it was a magnet at the bottom of the refrigerator door that had snapped off during the unloading process by the delivery company. My recommendation is to ask lots of questions watch and observe their work. Ask them how long they've been working on appliances. I mean, after all, it's your money that you've laid down for this Appliance. I am going to give this company another go, but hopefully I won't be replacing any appliances anytime soon.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by Appliance Repair Specialists regarding my new Maytag washer. For almost three weeks, I have been met with a level of incompetence and disregard for my time that is frankly unacceptable. Despite being incredibly accommodating to your schedule--including arranging alternative childcare just to meet your company repair windows--your company has failed to reciprocate even a basic level of flexibility. After an initial technician found "no problem," the machine failed again. When a second visit finally identified the issue, the repair could not be completed because your company neglected to send the necessary door lock part. Most frustrating is the total breakdown in communication. I was personally promised an 8:00 AM appointment by the technician to avoid my daughter's school and dance schedule. Instead, I was once again shoved into a 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM slot. When I contacted customer service, I was met with scripted, empty apologies like "I understand your frustration," rather than actual solutions. I have repeatedly adjusted my time to suit your technicians. I expect this machine to be fixed immediately, as I have now been without a working appliance for nearly three weeks due to your internal negligence. 04/14/26: Update - the technician came and guess what? They have the wrong part! Need to wait another week. Let's see how many updates it will take before the appliance is fixed. next week will be one month!!!!! 04/18/26: Update: I rescheduled to Monday. However, I received a call that they could get me in today, Saturday. Of course I received a call that the technician called in sick and now the earliest they can get me in is on WEDNESDAY!!! Where can I report them of this terrible terrible experience. See image for reference. 04/22/26 Update: The technician came to my house again and guess what?! They did not send him the part!!!!! I have to wait yet again.

Even with the a service fee, I feel this company is super honest and a great communicator, and I would absolutely do business with them again. I feel like I got a super fair assessment. They were right on time, and they even sent a text message right before they showed up with a picture of the employee who'd be doing the work, which made it feel like a very safe environment. Will's communication was super great and clear. He's a really nice guy, easy to work with, and just a super, super honest company.
