Not only does Cue Sports offer exceptional prices for their products, but the customer service is far and beyond what you would expect to receive these days. I was not able to take or fully pay for the pool table immediately do to budget and my moving to a new home. Duane, the owner, completely worked with me and understood. Duane, a man full of billiards knowledge and history, not only kept with in my budget but honored everthing he sold and discussed with as little as a handshake as a guarantee. He took the time, on his only day off, twice, to ensure the table was set up professional and beautifully. He even insisted on changing the cloth because of a tiny off colored spot. I told him I was ok with the old cloth but yet he would not allow him self to install it that way. Duane is man full of passion for this game and has pride in the work he does. The bar had a lot of random mixers and liquors but plenty to work with however staff had limited knowledge of basic cocktails. Overall the staff was kind! Ambiance was nice - nice upgrade to the furniture and flooring. The bar stools at the bar sat very low (my date was 6ft and uncomfortable) so they may need to be considered for replacement as well. They had a DJ and a dance floor that was nice too!

Don't go to a dive pool hall and complain because it's a dive bar with pool tables, m'kay. The food is limited to big box items that can be prepped by whoever is standing around. They have a limited number of premade personal pizzas. It's not great, but it's not bad. The bartenders/waitstaff seldom leave the bar area, so don't expect it. They are really nice when you go to them at the bar. So just go to the bar to get your stuff. Music changes based on who is having pool league that night. Park in back. It gets busy after leagues leave.
