The owner canceled a party 1 hour before start time. This left us scrambling to now figure out how to entertain 12 kids. My son was crushed. Completely unprofessional and unapologetic. He said he could offer us another day. How is that even possible 1 hour before guests were ariving? He stated that the game coach had covid but not him. He also said he didn't have anyone else to coach the kids with an excuse being that it's March break. I call bullsh*t. Don't book this clown service. Waste of time. Still waiting on my deposit. Just used GT Game truck for a 3 hour kids party (13 years old). They had a blast. My son reported that the staff and facilities were great. The truck arrived early, and the crew were very easy to work with. Highly recommended. read more

This is the 2nd time I've used this company, but never again! I had a Fortnite themed birthday party for my 10 yr old. The online form asks for games you would like to request for your party....I asked for Fortnite and Minecraft, but there was no Fortnite due to WIFI issues on the truck, however, during the 2 conversations I had with the owner Luciano he never mentioned the lack of Fortnite, he only discussed how to receive his payment! I was not made aware of this until well into the party and one of the children came out for a drink of water....and further more they were offered Call of Duty which I feel is inappropriate for 10 yr olds. I've spoken to Luciano in hopes of getting a refund for a service I paid for but did not receive, but of course he doesn't see that there is a problem as the "kids had fun". read more
