This place is below average. The food is gross, yuck! Ci ci's taste better than this and that ain't saying much. The game room is kool...rock climbing, race games, basketball, air hockey, bumper cars, etc. However, one too many games were taking your tokens or not giving out tickets. The prizes suck if you don't have a lot of tickets...and at that rate you can buy your own prize. Who has 4000 tickets good grief. Anywho I would rather go to Gattis or Ci Cis read more

Game Time - Nasty food. The hot dog tasted better than the pizza...and u can find that in any 7/11 - Arcades Near Me - Houston, Texas

A little expensive but fun for the family. I wish they had lockers to hold your stuff

Do not eat the food. That's the only thing you really need to know. Sure it's a bit pricey but my elementary aged kids had lots of fun here. Back to the food. It's pretty bad. In fact i think it made me sick. No way of really knowing but I'm fairly certain the pizza was the culprit. The kids enjoyed the spinning roller coaster, games, bumper cars and the other things to do. The bowling is alright but costs extra. read more

I don't really know how to describe this place.... You do have to pay for food to play which I don't think is beneficial, the food is awful. The games are not worth the price. Everything we played on either broken or didn't spit out tickets. The customer service is great though. When you ask people for help they wanna help and the insure that your problem is solved. The food did not meet standards for a game place ( main event, chuck cheese). We probably won't be back unless something changes. read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE! I bring my school group twice every summer because they can't get enough of coming here :-) Great, friendly, and helpful staff!!! read more

I've brought my son here to play about 5 times in the last 8 months. During the week, it's quiet, clean and a pleasant place to be. The weekend is a wholly different universe. The staff does their best and we've always have had good experience when we bring things up but some things, I don't think management or staff have any control over. One time, a family of little girls older than my son kicked my then 3yo in the tummy because he refused to share. Kids will be kids but their guardian/aunt/mommy's reaction left a lot to be desired. (Again, not management's fault). Another time, it was quiet with just a few kids. My son and A few other 4 -5yos were playing in the indoor playground which was for 12 and under only. A group of teenage girls obviously older than 12 decided to crawl up the playground and hole up up there like it was their little fort. Of course, the little were still running around like normal. One of them made the mistake of telling my son "would you like to be pushed down?". My little parrot then repeated it very loudly for everyone in the immediate are to hear and the 3 teenage girls were promptly removed. Kudos to the ladies that were working in that section for taking care of it so promptly. In all, it's a good enough place to buy an annual pass ( which I have). It's very reasonable and my son enjoys his visits that I use it as a "bribe" for him to do his lessons faithfully. read more

Wish, you could buy extra time for the kids party. Also wish the kids would have been told by the hostess that kids could eat off the buffet. Some of the kids did not know, while others forgot. Other than that it was great my child had a great time, so did the invited guests. read more

I take my Godkids, and my nephew to eat and play at Itz all of the time. They have a variety of foods for adults and kids, even salads. There is one adult ride and lots of fun games and rides for kids. It is a perfect place to take the kids during the week, but super crowded on the weekends. read more

Fair pizza for a buffet (cold, quality). I wish there was more control over the food area, too many little ones miss handling food with no parental supervision. I know know how kids can get . This is why I have to give it a low rate. read more

I'm by no means giving up because the kids love it but we seem to be on a downhill slide the last couple of trips. The time before last, we stood at the counter on the INCOMING side and said "excuse me" 3 times before either of the girls facing the exit acknowledged us. The last time we came in, it was 7pm on a Thursday and there was HALF OF A PIZZA on the buffet, about 6 people standing in the back and, quite literally, about 15 of us standing in front of the buffet. It wasn't until I went to get someone from up front that they started cranking out the pizzas. Upside? Everybody got fresh pizza so... there's that. :) Hang on Itz... please! You were doing so good. read more

Went there for a 10th birthday party and truly enjoyed it! All the kids and adults such as myself had an absolutely great time enjoying the rides and all the activities and games. We did not bowl but all the activities were more than enough for those kids for about four hours of play. The pizza was a bit salty but very good. The servers and the team working there had a great attitude, courteous and fast to respond to what we needed. They did their job with a smile and made eye contact when they spoke. Excellent bunch of kids!! read more

I went today for a birthday party. After reading the reviews was skeptical. How ever the salad bar was fresh, The pizza had variety. potato bar great plus pasta, mashed potatoes, chicken nuggets & tater tots. Desserts rice crispy ,cookies, pudding.& mini cup cakes. The movie area was neet too. I suggested to the manager he ditch the 30.06 signage, We will see if that happens. read more

Omg this place is just a Royal Pain in the arse. Parking miserable. Food ia Horrible! Horrible! Choice of food just eww.worse than frozen. Weekends are a HotMess. Arcade is high to play! The prizes offered for credits are just crappy. We went to a birthday party and hostes was miserable. Nothing was done right. If you got money to burn and don't care about food quality and like crowds this is your place! read more

We had my son's 10th birthday party there this weekend. The staff was spectacular. The kids had lots of fun. I would like it if they had more prizes for boys in the hundreds ticket range. Food was average for an arcade place. But the real reason the kids keep coming back is the Diskco. My daughter rode that thing like 9 or 10 times. read more

Great atmosphere & most impressive were the staff! When I asked a line cook for a knife she stopped & went to get me one! Incredible! Went for child's birthday party & appreciated the hostess who literally took the children & ensured they had the time of their lives! I wish I had more hands so I could give this place 4 thumbs down. The kids wanted to come here for the obvious reasons and we knew what we were getting in ourselves into. Still, this place brought new meaning to the word disaster. Pizza here is awful. The rat is gourmet by comparison. It was also very busy so you've got your campers that hover over anything that has meat, cheese, or some slim combo of both and clear it out. Pizzas with veggies were nearly untouched and probably 7 weeks old. The staff did their best to keep carnivorous types at bay but they were outmatched, outnumbered, and presumably outgunned. The crowd here today was a bit rough. The games were a 50/50 proposition at best. The big fancy machines were slightly more operational but many were shut down, had error messages on the screen, or just did nothing when you swiped your card. Having to explain to a 5 year old that the Transformers game that had been commandeered by a pair of 30 somethings for at least 15 minutes was tricky. They have beer. This is a good thing but since I was on family duty I didn't partake. The staff, in general, were a detached bunch. I can't blame them. Working there has to require levels of patience not available to the under 22 set. In summation this place is a dump in need of more help. If you must go i'd think that a Wednesday during the school year at about 1:15 might be advantageous. If this isn't possible there's beer here. Cheers. read more

My husband and I each bought Season Passes, and we have enjoyed coming back several times since. We really like to play the Jurassic Park game and the Batman driving game. We brought our niece (6) and nephew (7) with us on a Thursday night - because kids eat FREE (2 kids per one paid adult) on Thursdays! They had a good time on the bumper cars - first time! ***Stephanie was especially friendly, helpful, and nice :) THANK YOU!!*** The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is for these reasons (fix these, please): 1. Can't see the Connect 4 board - move the seats back away from the board 2. Pac-Man (red) - it's joystick was missing the knob on the handle 3. The air-hockey tables RARELY have their pucks - and when they do, they tend to stick (not float very well at all) read more

Poor customer service! Called to check if it was open (March 21st 2018) 12pm and the lady who answered didn't even say "thank you for calling iT'Z" she answered "yes?" I said "umm is this iT'Z" she replied "yes" like really? What kind of ghetto customer service is this? Unbelievable. Figured I give it a try but walk in and the person there didn't even act like they wanted any service! I'll go else where! Thank you! Never coming here again sad! read more

My kids love this place. Lots of games and even Bumper cars. There is a "Drive-In" dining area where kids movies play on a almost theater-sized screen. On Thursdays, games are half-price. More bang for your buck! We were just there last night and both kids scored over 2,000 points! The food is okay, just don't expect this to be the highlight of your visit. I suggest buying a lanyard for your cards, because it is very easy for kids to drop or to misplace while playing. I wish it were closer to Katy. We would go more often. Follow them on Facebook and you get in on "just for fans" stuff! read more

Great place for family fun but ... I usually go once a week and am a member of their e-club. However since my last visit I have decided to not return until several equipments has been repaired. Kids handle the games all day without respect or care but that is what is expected of them. However, that also means that they have to be maintained on a regular basis. Every time I have asked someone to fix a certain game I've received a response within the lines of "the technician has been notified" which deems untrue. Also it'd help if some of the really old games got replaced with new ones to keep entertaining returning customers such as my family and lots of others. Additionally, the response was either automatically generated or just written to save face. I emailed but never received a response. read more

Crane machines are always loose (I pick prizes up and they slide out or it will just graze the toys) we literally saw an employee checking crane games... he wine one then messed with the crane a bit then shut the machine down, yes in front of us. Some staff seemed like they hated that people were in their presence, certain machines took points and wouldn't work, very filthy rugs an employee that let us on rides was snatching the cards and giving us attitude, and games didn't give you all of your points either. Total rip off. If you're going for the rock climbing wall, the banana drop, the bumper cars, the disco, or bowling or the like driving/no tickets games I really don't recommend going. The gift shop personnel was taking a personal FaceTime call which I normally don't care about but when I was asking if all my points were there (because a previous recent visit they weren't) she basically said I'm wrong and it's not her fault I didn't know. I wouldn't be eating this at all if I hadn't just been a couple of weeks ago with the same issues. I forgot to mention the guy working the orders/kitchen today was very kind and polite. read more

I had my sons 9th birthday party here yesterday. This was his 2nd party there. My review will be from two stand points. My child's then mine. Let's start with mine. Check in upon arrival was quick. Table had standard decor with plain balloons, table cloths and cups. Table was in an area with everyone else's parties, private room was extra $25. I probably should have sprung for that. people were all in our space and never said excuse me. Buffet...I had 8 adults and 9 kids. The kids ate the pizza no questions asked. But I had to pay for 8 adults who literally either got a plate and threw it all in the trash or didn't eat high carb food like myself who ate nothing. The pizza was tasteless hollow with big bubbles on it according to others. The two pizzas we got for the table just sat there. Not even the kids ate it. The adults were like um gross. They proceeded to just drink water that tasted weird. I had 2 who tried the bar and for $7 a drink it was watered down. They returned the drinks only to come back with the same tasting drink and just said never mind....trash. Needless to say this food was not for adults. Paying for adults who don't eat is not fair and totally worthless. $60 down the drain. So we all sat there for 4 hours and just talked. And our party hostess....no comment what so ever. My point is made by my silence. Kids view point. We purchased the deluxe package. $20 a kid at $180 total. They made good use of the Buffett our cards were supposed to be unlimited attractions but we kept ending up right back at the front desk because the cards wouldn't work on the attractions for some reason. One of the kids dropped their card on the ride and they wouldn't replace it without charging me. At the ticket redemption one of our party attendees came back crying because one employee told her she could have a prize then another said no. Needless to say that was a mess. When asking my birthday boy if he had fun. His answer was "it was alright". Not the answer I want to hear. He actually asked to go to Chucke Cheese. Next time I will listen! Ticket prizes are ridiculous and not worth it at all! Overall this was rather disappointing. Food is biased based on adult vs child. We live in Katy TX so that 30 mile drive doesn't seem to be worth it at this point. If you live in that area then cool. If not ummm think twice. My husband was even like why we have to pay for for adults to enter and they don't eat??? I said their rules. They might want to change that. Have an attendant at the buffet and give the kids wrist bands or something to monitor it. read more

It's really fun but it needs more games for older kids to play also food is amazing would recommend.

This place sucks it's ghetto and it's a rip off they barley have any games the buffet is okay , but the staff is nice but the managers aren't the best the place was once good but it has been going downhill since then. I went once and a kid stole merchandise and cops pulled up I don't recommend this place especially late at night. And I know a few workers and they have all said it's not the best working environment. read more

I just wanna give a shoutout to a couple of incredible staff members that went above and beyond in their customer service! We frequent itZ and are always pleased but today especially I was impressed! Both managers on duty, Ivan & I didn't get the number for the other gentleman, helped find my nephews phone and were quick to help the check in girls with an issue. Joanna and Lia were sooo HELPFUL and their kind nature and smiles were a great start to today's visit! When we went to bowl BreAnn and Luke were great! I've met Luke a couple times and he's always so happy and greets you with a smile! Breann even went as far as finding me while we were playing games to follow up on the bowling waitlist! You are all appreciated! your kindness and great customer service shined today!! We will always be back! Y'all Rock!! read more

My niece and nephews wanted to go somewhere to play games, and their parents said they've been really behaving themselves lately, so I gave in. It was between IT'Z & Chuck E. Cheese's. I chose IT'Z, and I'm really glad I did. The kids enjoyed bowling and pizza, and I was able to witness all their excitement. That's always one of the joys of life, lol. There was a very pleasant young lady named Kambria who put lots of effort into making our outing special. We were thankful for that. I'll definitely be taking the kids to IT'Z again, as long as they're deserving. read more

So I went with my family to try this place. Never been here before. To my surprise they were charging us for buffet also. We had already ate and they still wanted us to pay for the buffet. It's a policy they have. I'm sorry but NOO. This is not the business I like.We turned back around and left not coming back. Like better D&B or chucke cheese for my kids where we have the option to pay or not for food if we decide. read more

First time to take my junior honor society to the Willowbrook Itz. We usually go to the one in Pasadena. There are more rides, different games, and several party rooms. Although there were several bus loads of students from around Harris County, it didn't seem too crowded. The food was well maintained, including the sugar cookies and rice crispy treats. Even though the amount of meat and cheese was a bit skimpy, students ate to their fill. There were hot dogs, salads, and sodas, too. The restrooms were clean and the management were constantly walking around with walkie talkies to maintain order and working machinery. The manager was very organized and visible at all times. Each worker had a specific role and were obviously doing their jobs among all the numbers of people visiting. I was very impressed and will return with another group this week. read more

I will never go there on a Saturday again. I took my daughter and nieces. Horrible place, sorry employees. Waited in line for 20 minutes for bland pizza. Broken rides are the norm and the ones that work are so expensive. Maybe that is a gimmick to make you spend more money. The buffet was so empty. And they kept making ham and pineapple pizzas. I asked the only server for the entire line why and he said "They were special request." I had to wait in line for plates, cups, and forks. One major suggestion: Get some real deserts!!! Pudding and some kind of dry brown thing that is either cake or brownies??? I felt sorry for the little kids having birthday parties there. It is better suited for those at least 8. read more

I came here with a college group and we had a fun time. The food has improved in my opinion since my first time coming a couple of years ago. It is not the best by any means but it was actually edible. Anyway, we all came to bowl and play arcade games. The bowling went well and we had no problems. After bowling we got our game cards and had a ball being huge kids. The staff was nice and helpful and I would probably come again if we had a similar event. read more

I would be giving this place a 4STAR because my kids (9, 5, 3.5) said they had so much fun and could not wait to go back. there are a ton of games, and i like how they split up thee games on the floor by tickets/ non tickets. it was a lot easier for a first timer. the employees I spoke with were polite and immediately got me what i needed. the salad bar was stocked and clean and tidy. THE DOWN SIDE the bathrooms were very dirty. i pressed the service button as soon as we got there...and an hour later it looked the same. paper all over the floors, the first three stalls had smeared poop on them, i had to search for a stall that had tolietpaper. there was absolutely no sanitizer in any of the million sanitizer stations around the place. we got there about 4pm. they had barely any pizza out and there was already 4-5 people standing waiting for pizza. so i got the kids pasta(no flavor..very bland). i think if they cooked the pizza longer or on a higher temp, it wouldnt be so doughy/soggy. one of the soda machines did not work, I dont drink soda, so i got water. there was a film sitting on top of the water in my glass, and it tasted very weird..maybe they didnt rinse the cups well enough, idk. so i opted for sprite. it was off because it tasted like club soda. there was a lot of dirty tables with stacks of used plates on them. i didnt see anyone cleaning..or if they were they left in a hurry and left a trashcan full of old food close to one of the clean tables. i had to ask twice while there for cups for drinks...but when i did, they immediately brought them out. THE GAMES WENT DOWN FOR WELL OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF! ...so we went bowling. no problems there. then we went back to the games. AND THEY WERE STILL DOWN! so we waited abt 15 minutes, but having 3 antsy kiddos asking you over and over WHEN they can play..it makes you ask WHY this is happening after i just paid all this money for about MAYBE 20 min of actual game time. so I asked an employee if we could get our money back or something...then the manager came speed walking up to us and just mumbled ~ `they are slowly coming back up`. but did not stop walking or greet us properly or address our concerns. just walked right past us. WOW. read more

This place was very disappointing tonight was my first time here brought my 4 kids for some fun sat in the big room ordered my food got my food all too a big brawl of people fighting and screaming and running everywhere all too people running into my table with my kids and knocking our food over and constantly moving my daughters stroller with her in it it was very not controlled it lasted 25 min I was looking for a good night with my kids and turned into a nightmare for them. read more

Quite honestly, this is not a place that I would take my kids because first of all just to get in you have to buy a $10 buffet so if you came after eating lunch or dinner, you're gonna have to pay anyway. What they need to do is put supervision around the buffet area or do some sort of ticketing system or else this place is not worth it. The first time that I went there, they did not pressure us in buying the buffet but the second time they did. and because we were hungry we bought the buffet and the glasses were stinking and don't even get me started on the bathrooms! Smelled like urine and bleach! Dirty tissues lying around and water around the sink that no one was taking care of. Plus on top of that, the place is honestly dirty you can see dirty dishes lying on tables and no one taking care of them for 20 minutes and I also saw food lying on the carpet. Also around the buffet area there is no one standing to supervise it and I saw kids putting their hands into the containers and no one saying anything about it. We just went bowling the first time and it was okay. The music they play is super old so be ready to be bored. Take your kids to Chuck E Cheese where they don't pressure you into buying unnecessary stuff. read more

I'll give it a two for the kids enjoyment. The buffet is pretty rough and every time we've visited we were unimpressed with the food. Real bland food and not a whole lot of flavor. All you really taste is pasta sauce on the pizza. If they cleaned up the buffet and lowered game prices they'd get much higher ratings. read more

Super gross. The food and the clientele. I bought a groupon and brought our family out tonight. What a mess. Not a clean fork or cup in the joint. The pizza is disgusting. The adults will cut in front of the kids who have been waiting in line and hog the games. Not to mention cursing each other out over video games. Super low rent. We won't even back ever. The bowling was okay. Super long wait, but since we put our names on the list when we arrived, it was okay. We bowled and then left. Never going back to this nasty read more

Just left Itz with my little one, he had a ball! So much running around and laughing that he's sure to fall asleep as soon as we get home! The older kids had a great time bowling, mainly because of he girl who works there named Kambria, she worked hard making sure everything went well. Everything was good until we discovered until the "unlimited" bowling is actually limited to an hour per lane before they kick you off and to the back of a supposed waiting list. There were four open lanes when the staff kicked us off our lane. No one was waiting at the counter either. We were a party of 6 with two small children. We spent just under $110 to get in the door and bowling was why we were there. The only bathroom was completely out of order, so you had to walk to the movie theater next door to use the facilities. Needless to say, we won't be back. read more
