This is a good place for cheap bowling, BUT you get what you pay for... The bowling area was run by teenagers who were either having a bad day or just did not want to be at work. While only one of the lanes was being used when we got there, they ended up placing us at the only lane where the lights weren't working, making it difficult to see the pins. When I asked to be moved to a different lane, they said sure but then didn't do anything for almost 10 minutes. I approached the desk, asking if they planned to move us like they promised and they said that they "forgot" then immediately switched us. We had issues with the lane not returning the ball on three different occasions in the hour that we had paid for. It was super frustrating as they did not pause our time while they were fixing the lane, plus the time continued to run while we were waiting for someone to come fix the lane. It was very frustrating and felt like a waste of both time and money. All in all, I don't think we'll be returning. I think I'd rather pay more money elsewhere and have a higher chance of having a good experience than risk having another frustrating experience again here. read more

We had my son's 5th birthday party here this morning. Absolutely zero of what was conveyed to me during booking actually occurred. There was no one there to open / unlock the doors 15 minutes prior to our party. The pizza was not out at 11 as our contract said. We had to pay up front instead of at the end (normally you pay at the end of a party in case you have extra guests or add on more food). Once I paid, I tried to add more pizza but they said I couldn't since I already paid. But I could go to the cafeteria and order my own food separately if I wanted. This place was DIRTY, the employees unfriendly and the overall feel was that we were inconveniencing them by being there. We have food allergies in our family and was frustrated their menu isn't accommodating to that at all, nor do they allow you to bring anything in from outside besides cake. I understand not all kitchens can accommodate for gluten free dishes, but you should allow a birthday party to bring in a fruit or veggie tray. The points vs included games are confusing and we had to go find employees anytime someone wanted to do a ride. They're clearly understaffed and the few people who are working, are not very helpful nor have a sense of urgency. I have 3 kids and have now held 18 kids birthday parties all over the greater Houston area. Never in my life have we had a party where the kids were expected to do food, cake and presents upon arrival and THEN go play arcade games and do rides AFTER the party was over. That was not clearly explained to me when I booked and we ended up with a lot of disappointed kids and parents, in addition to wasted time. After discussing our issues with the manager, the party timelines come straight down from "corporate". There's zero sense of customer service and taking ownership of a situation. This entertainment center has been around a while and it's pretty similar to Dave and Busters, maybe just not as main stream and more family friendly, as they don't have a large bar in the dining area. Their gaming area contains many games, but I came across several that weren't working, turned off, or just plain cheating customers. The ones that issue the tickets are the latter. One game up front is a bag drop where a bag will be dropped into one of the holes. Each hole is labeled with how many tickets it gives to the players card...but the problem is the # of tickets issued isn't the same as the label. It's usually about 33% less. I have to say they have a lot of motorcycle video games. So if you like that, you might like it here. But overall, I thought it just wasnt all that great. read more

Do not have a party here! I get there and start bringing things inside. Asked for a cart, made several trips to my car before they brought one. I had to put everything on the front desk. The party room was depressing and everything was old and looked dirty. Online it says there's new management and they redid the place. There were flickering lights, old tape on the walls, the chairs looked beat up. They had set the table, but hadn't put up the decorations I brought the day before. It wasn't a lot, just a small backdrop and a happy birthday banner. I spoke to Whitney twice. The first time I thought she was just having a bad day, second time, nope, she's just rude. She told me several times to make sure I brought decorations the day before or they wouldn't decorate the room. I asked the party host, Ivan, for some tape, to decorate myself. He brought some. Then the manager came and told me that they don't allow decorations or helium balloons, but since I brought them he'd let me keep them. I told him that I was told several times to bring party decorations and no one said I couldn't bring balloons. How are they gonna tell people to bring decorations if you don't allow decorations?? If I had known that I couldn't decorate the room I wouldn't have paid extra for a room. By this time we only had like 30-45 mins left with the room and Ivan asked if I wanted them to start making the pizzas and if I still wanted the extra pizza I had already ordered. Ummm yes. Most of the kids already left the room to look at games cuz it was taking so long. The last party place I went to, the party host helped decorate, pass out pizza and cake and even cut the cake. Not here, no help, nothing. The party package included 8 kids. I added 4 more kids, that price does not include food btw, other places do. The timed play cards wouldn't let us play the games that let you get a lot of tickets. The games we could play told us how many tickets we got. Then at the end I had kids crying, cuz none of the "tickets" they won were worth anything and they were told that they couldn't get any prizes. No one told me the kids couldn't even get prizes. Other game places have games that aren't included, with timed play cards but they can still win tickets and get prizes. A party package that was $199 ended up being over $400. Including $60 automatic gratuity for them to do nothing. The manager even asked me if I wanted to add more tip. Ummm no, $60 to bring a few pizzas to a room seems like enough. Hello with everyone else's low-rated reviews. I am all about value and entertainment. I love my day spent at iT'Z Family Food and Fun Center at 249. Tuesday buffet is only $2.99 with 99 cents drink. I had endless trips to salad bar. However, I didn't see any pizza I could eat. Look at the fresh iceberg lettuce, romaine lettuce, hummus and other fixings. They're just made for me. No mushrooms? No problem. I just peeled them off of vegetarian pizza for my salad. The salad dressings bottles are made for adults with muscles. Those big old axe heavy jugs aren't for kids to handle. Scrumptious dressing pouring slowly from the jug onto my salad plate. Shoot! This place is perfect for old people like me. I am easily entertained. I was there with some younger people and watching them playing. They've got video games I can't even pronounce, bowling, bumper cars, movies at Galaxy Diner, thrilling ride called Disko, laser tags and rock climbing. The only game I was able to play was throwing ping pong balls at orange pads. The balls bounced all over of places. I had fun picking them up from the floor before people step on them. This game gave me lots of exercise and a giant backache at the end of day. I would definitely come back when I don't work on Tuesday. STAY AWAY Reserved a birthday there. Our party attendant did practically nothing. They stole half an hour from us by not having anything ready at our reserved time but you can believe they rushed us out at the scheduled end time. The one thing our attendant DID do was wheel our cart full of gifts from our room out to a random table without bothering to tell anyone she was doing so or showing anyone where it was. Thankfully someone in our party noticed and followed and nothing was lost; she dropped everything and left it completely unattended. The food was bad (they boxed our leftover pizza but didn't give it to us) most of the games didn't work, the food and beverage stations were unattended... basically every part of the experience was bad. Years ago it'z was the spot to be. I think because of Covid their business has declined. We arrived today and it was relatively empty which we thought was a good sign because we would be able to play popular games with the kids. That wasn't the case. Quite a few of the games and rides / attractions they wanted to do were closed. Which bummed them out a bit, but we already paid and we just made the best of it since they had 3 hours with us. There was times the older one was disappointed and sat on the bench because the ones he was looking forward to weren't open. The employees here were extremely friendly! Especially the young lady and the young man at the monkey jump! They were so helpful and made it easy for the kids to ride again once she swooped their cards again. The lady at the concession stand was super nice too! She answered the boy's questions. Disco was closed, laser maze was closed, and a lot of games we wanted. man I wanted to try that we bare bears claw game so bad. Overall the boys had as much fun as they could. They enjoyed the bumper cars and crashing into me. The attendant there was super friendly to us! He had to teach me how to drive the bumper cars lol. For food you don't have many options here so I got the boys what they wanted and picked off of the mini corn dogs (surprisingly good). We haven't been since before Covid, I remember it being a great place for the kids so we took our 4 grandkids this past weekend. We got there a little after they opened and everything was already kinda dirty. The food area was only partial open and staffed by teenagers that hate their jobs. Tables were sticky. We didn't see any adults working there. The food was sub par!! A lot of the games weren't working. Kids under 8 might enjoy it but our 11 year old granddaughter was bored right away. So many of the arcade cabinets are broken or in disrepair, several of which were without signs to indicate so. It was a lot of fun to laugh about, but I definitely won't be coming back. The bathrooms were awful. I don't even know what happened in that picture; was somebody standing on the toilet, primed and ready? How long has that dookie explosion been plastered all over the wall? I would give my condolences to the poor kid who has to clean it, but I doubt those bathrooms have seen maintenance in at least a month. It was bad. The rest of the building was in a similar condition cleanliness wise, and in some places my shoes stuck to the floor. We came mid-afternoon on a weekend and I was surprised to see that it wasn't as busy as I thought it would be. We opted for the three hour unlimited play pass for $17.99 which included unlimited attractions (rides) and unlimited (non-prize) video games. These video games were located in the back portion where they also have rooms along the back for private parties. We also opted to purchase the fun card for $50 which came with 275 points. My child blew through that pretty quickly. We should have opted for the $100 card which really is the better value. Once we got our passes squared away we walked in and found the bumper cars in the back. It was dark and didn't look like anyone was working there. There is a small white "call" button you push and the attendant comes over. This was included as an activity in our unlimited play pass. There were 4 "attractions" that were included in the play pass but one, the Disk'o, was out of commission that day. We really only had access to 3 attractions - the bumper cars, the Monkey Jump and the rock climbing. The attractions do have height requirements so you may want to check what attractions your child will be able to participate in. Most of the video games in this section that we could use our unlimited play pass on were riding/driving video games. There was a water blast game here that reminded us of the carnival games at the Houston Rodeo. It didn't work. The water shooting out barely had any force. It was disappointing. They had two air hockey tables that got a lot of play. That was popular. Over in the ticketed games section, where you use your fun card, it was brighter. The lighting was literally brighter in the fun card section vs the dim lighting of the play pass section. I noticed a lot of the crane games were either not working or rigged to not even drop down low enough to pick up a prize. That was very disappointing to my child. The games are spaced a very good distance apart. No overcrowding here! There is a small bowling center inside that is located between both game areas. The prize area is to the side and partially closed off from the games. The prizes were...meh. There was a lot of small cheap stuff but the kids didn't seem to mind. A prize is a prize I guess. They have a small food court located to the side of the entrance area. There is also a small little "movie theater" - the Galaxy Drive-In. Inside it is dim, like a movie theater, with booths and tables to sit and eat at. They were playing Toy Story when we peeked in on our way through the food court to the bathroom. It's still set up like a buffet in this area but the buffet is no longer there. They had temporary walls put up to prevent access. Bathrooms here are located in the back and there were no paper towels in the women's restroom. They didn't have soap dispensers mounted on the walls either. They had two individual soap dispensers that ppl just moved to whichever sink they were using. All in all, I would come back. I don't think that it is worth as much as we spent considering the games that were out of order or that were not working "correctly". Wednesday's are half price games so maybe that would be a better day to get your money's worth on those fun cards. I do want to point out that I noticed two different staff members wiping down the games so I do feel that they try to sanitize the high traffic spots on games as much as they can. My child had fun and really, I think that's all that matters here. This is a good middle ground between Chuck E. Cheese and Dave & Busters. They should let you know that the hourly unlimited play is actually LIMITED To certain games, like the plain racing and shooting games.. literally about 3 types of games in the back all the fun games are at the front and have to be paid with money loaded cards. the floors on the way to the restrooms are sticky and nasty. I went to the restroom and it smelled like a nasty campsite porta potty, i had to get out as soon as possible. The pizza was ok and was probably the only half decent, because even the cafeteria area looks like a ghost town with non working soda dispensers. Apparently this location is under 'new management' and just when you think it couldn't have possibly gotten worse, oh it did. We were there Sunday to celebrate my daughter's birthday and the place was disgusting. The floors were sticky from soda, there was trash all over the place. I got ketchup on my pants from crossing my legs under one of the tables. Only three of the bumper cars were functioning and maybe 20-30% of the games weren't 'out of order'. They shouldn't have even been open and operating. Shame on them for essentially stealing people's money. I asked about a partial refund but kept hearing, 'our system won't let us give refunds'. Really? That same system that could process my debit card couldn't refund it as well? Hmm. The kids enjoyed it but there could be improvements. I hosted my son's party on Saturday and the process was pretty easy to schedule the party and add food for the adults. We had 11 kids and it came with 2 pizzas, 2 drink flavors, and cookies. I also ordered 48 wings and a large tray of tenders and two trays of fries. Way too much food for our group so my suggestion would be just the wings and one order of fries. The buffet has been removed so that is not an option. We arrived and were assigned a host who was nice but could have paid a little more attention to detail. I had to request serving utensils and ask for her to serve the kids with gloves. She did think ahead with some cups, plates, and to go containers for the food we ordered. She also helped us to the car to take the gifts and remaining cake when our 90 minutes was up. And she was tipped accordingly. I would suggest they rethink the cookie recipe as no one liked them so they were a waste of food. There were a few games that were not working but most were in order. The most popular was the Rabbids VR "game", that probably needed a better way for a queue when people are waiting as some people rode twice even when others were waiting. All in all the kids loved the party, doing the Deluxe package gave them freedom to play for 90 minutes once they activated their cards. My son got the 500 bonus e-tickets and picked an awesome toy. Anyone who knows me KNOWS I am not a fan of 1) crowds, and 2) buffets, but it was the niece's birthday, so I had to make an appearance. My intention was to eat before I came since my arch (and waistline) nemesis, pizza would be the center of this buffet, but since I started cutting out meat and sweets since Monday for a more plant based diet...I wasn't panting for a piece of pizza...well at least the first ten minutes! I came late, so I was in the mist of my party piling plates of pizza. So, I indulged--in cheese, veggie, and alfredo pizza!!! Decent...also had a plate of salad without cheese since I ate cheese on my pizza and carrots with hummus, which was really delicious!!! No desert but it looked very tempting, so to say the least, the buffet offered many options for the vegeterian and flexiterian. I kept it as healthy as I could and even tasted vegeterian soup to feel better about the pizza but again I applaude the choices they offer for various eating lifestyles. I didnt like how small the glasses were. I only drank water and two tilts back and it was gone. Without even realizing it, we had over 20 glasses on our table. I felt bad to have someone clean up so many glasses, so I helped thw crew member clean up the table, but there were so many glasses half full...I wonder if the soda was subpar because kids drink soda! The crowds around the buffet were steady moving and ducking and dodging the crowds was not my fave, but as the undesignated cameraperson of the family (yall know--the one that always ends up taking the pictures at events) , I tried to get in shots for my niece's day. I did nor expect to be on the other side of the lens as my brother handed me the card to go on the disco ride with my youngest two nieces. It was the birthday girl's first time on a big kids ride, so I gave in, but they were near tears when it stopped and I my head was a little light after getting off. I already knew I am a lightweight on roller coasters (and mind you it only roller on a 180 degree track) , but it was enough for me! Not many "rides" but there is a bowling alley and of course the coveted video games that take all your money. On discount days, Im sure this place is quite full and jam packed, but I havr to give it up to the staff for keeping the dining area cleaned, plates stacked, and pizza pie available for the hundreds of kids and adults that floated through the night I came (which was a weekday by the way). I would definetly come again if another birthday invitation came my way, just be prepared to pay!!! read more

I had my party here on a Saturday 130-3, when I got here the party host NEVER mentioned that we wouldn't be able to get our card to play till 2PM. Then when she finally told us around 145PM I was like fine we can have cookies and coke and please order the pizzas. Which were OKAY. 2PM came around and I had to go to the register and get the cards. which is fine but there was a line and it took us about 15 min to get our cards. Got back and the pizza was already there and the kids started eating by then it's 245PM .... I left with my guest to start using the cards and when i get back to check on the room the host is cleaning and telling me I have to leave by 3PM but there's Public seating. Came here thinking to have a fun time with my children. The floor is filthy, sticky, with seriously old food everywhere. It was hard to find a table not because it was so busy, but because there were so many that were not cleared. We finally found one that we thought was clear bit was covered in a sticky residue, we moved to a still sticky table, and decided to just wipe it off ourselves, the wipes were filthy it took over a dozen wipes to get it clean enough. The food was bland, and there was also and employee lilting down sleeping in a booth in the drive inn movie dining room. There were a lot of employees standing around on their phones. The bathrooms were a hazard area with toilet paper and what I am going to pretend was water spilled everywhere. The toilets were disgusting so I found the cleanest one for my girls and I to use. I just attended a birthday party here and had a gross experience. As soon as I walked in, it smelled dusty and dirty. The floor was visibly soiled with spills and grime, which was weird considering they had just opened. The carpeted areas were worse and are seriously overdue for a replacement. In the bathrooms, there was urine on the walls and floor, and brown stains and clumps under some toilets. After a few minutes inside this place, my allergies began to flare up. Plan to take a shower after visiting to wash the nastiness off. Advice to management, even though the facilities are outdated and in need of comprehensive renovations, you can still do a deep clean to make it look decent. read more

Not really a good value most of the unlimited games are the same games. Bowling was fun but I wish they had more ball sizes. I didn't try but the chicken tenders which were ok. Definitely a place for kids not adults. read more
