There was a considerably amount of red herrings here that prevented the room from being solved too quickly - definitely promoting better communication and teamwork, and great attention to detail in order to successfully solve the rooms. I liked the wide variety of different puzzles available and the vastly different feel to each room. Overall, fun experience and although not cheap -- I feel the effort put into designing the room justifies the cost. I would do more experiences here again in the future with more friends.

MY GUN WAS BROKEN 3 or 4 TIMES I MISSED BASICALLY HALF OF MY FIRST SESSION The level of professionalism from the staff was absolutely unacceptable. An employee actually joined the other team during our laser tag game and was openly cheating alongside them. My girlfriend's brother and his girlfriend were on that team, and the employee was telling them how to cheat and giving them information during the game. When my girlfriend spoke up about it, the employee argued with her before eventually being told to calm down. Watching an employee actively participate in cheating and then argue with a paying customer who called it out was ridiculous. Then we pointed out another person who was openly cheating. The person was eliminated and then stood around giving information to their team so they could know where people were. When I brought this to the employee's attention, I was basically told there was nothing they could do because the person "wasn't there." Then I was threatened with being kicked out if I continued to be "disrespectful." At that point, I wasn't even trying to argue anymore. My time was already basically up, so there was no point in continuing the conversation or asking for a refund. But the way my girlfriend and I were spoken to was completely unacceptable. There is a huge difference between enforcing rules and disrespecting customers. If an establishment has rules, enforce them fairly. If someone is cheating, address it. And if a customer has a legitimate complaint, have an adult conversation with them instead of arguing with them and threatening to kick them out. I'm a regular customer, and after this experience I can honestly say I have no reason to come back. I don't care about getting into an argument with a minimum-wage employee, and I certainly wasn't going to turn a stupid laser tag game into a physical confrontation. But that doesn't mean customers should have to sit there and tolerate being disrespected. I expect professionalism from businesses, and I expect employees to know how to de-escalate a situation rather than contribute to it. Battle House needs to seriously train its employees on customer service, conflict resolution, and enforcing its own rules fairly. Being a regular customer apparently means absolutely nothing when the staff is willing to treat you like this. Extremely disappointing. I will not be recommending this place to anyone. Our host and the manager were so responsive and called an ambulance for us. Once my mom was on our way to the ER, they continued to check in on us and made us feel so taken care of. Regarding the actual gameplay experience, we were having a great time playing these mini games and our host was energetic and charismatic. But we'll always remember the kindness they showed us during such a stressful time. If any of the staff is reading this, thank you so much for your kindness, and our mom is okay :)

I assembled my team and signed up for Thursday, May 28th at 7:50p. The front desk staff was super nice and let us take a practice spin on the giant wheel, answered all of our questions, and made sure that all of our paperwork was in order. Overall, the game was very fun, but here are some things that could use improvement: 1.) I did not like that the host allowed the opposing team to put swear words and sexist nicknames on their name tags as well as write racial slurs on the whiteboard for photos. If my teenage daughter was available to participate, I would not appreciate her being exposed to all of that. 2.) Our host did a great job explaining the game, facilitating the games, etc. but she did not but the kibosh on the mean spirited-ness of the people on the opposite team. They accused us of cheating even though we submitted our answer first and while taking a large group photo, they shot one of my team members IN THE FACE with the Nerf gun from one of the games. 3.) The flyer that I received stated the competition was run daily from 9a-9p, but when we got there, the front desk staff shared that it was being run until 1a. That is false advertising. Overall, the experience was fun enough that my teammates were tempted to bite on the discounts offered for the VIPs, but ultimately, decided to wait and see. We will use our time to perhaps check out their sister escape room next--I have heard good things! I appreciate the opportunity to participate and I wish the location all of the best of luck.

Granted, it hasn't been around very long, but just looking at the quality material and the ruggedness of the Velcro-connected joints and transitions, this place is going to look clean and maintained for a while. What's different about this place is that it's one large, connected inflatable land! There's slides, obstacle courses, and a lot of other fun and surprising areas to climb and jump on. I'm not good with estimates, but it's maybe 2000-2500 sq ft of inflated land. You should note that though that May seem large. I think 90 minutes is plenty of time to have your child get a good run of the place. Go for 2 hours to squeeze a little extra time to get the wiggles out. I'd say the best ages for this place are around 4-10 years old. 10 might be pushing it, but I guess it depends on how many friends are around. Last thing I'll add is that you have to use their socks... which are roughly $4-$5 a pair, so make sure you hang on to those. Adults are free (aside from the socks), so that might offset the big up front cost. We'll be back!

They've remodeled the interior, though there are still a few games I recall playing back in the day! My cousins kid opted for mini golf and had a great time, but this course hasn't changed at all and that's not a good thing. The design makes it easy for kids to knock their balls off the designated path, which our birthday star did several times. The water features weren't running and even the ponds were empty which ruins the view and pictures. After, we went inside for food and games. The kid was offered a red or blue slushie. He asked what flavor they were and was told they are both raspberry... he didn't like it. Raspberry is not typically any kids favorite flavor, they should expand on the options a bit. The pizza looked OK, it's about the quality you'd expect from this kind of place. They brought out a wheel and the kid got to spin for some free tickets, which he loved. They brought out a bowling pin as a keepsake for everyone to sign which is another nice touch. I'll give credit to the staff, the guy interacting with our group did a great job hyping up the kids. I didn't get to check out the other amenities such as bowling and go-carts so I can't speak on them, but I've bowled here before and enjoyed myself. In the fall they do a haunted house. I've never attended it but that's another thing to consider. Honestly if the mini golf course was in better condition I'd give them another star but the empty ponds with visible pipes was ugly and off-putting. That said this seems like a good way to entertain some kids for a day.
