Good riddance to all the unprofessional employees who lost their jobs specifically at this store location. Many decent and reasonable customers including myself over the years and last few days have experienced rude behavior by all the incompetent and unprofessional employees there such as yelling, false accusations, profiling and general aggressive attitude towards anyone looking to browse what's available inside the store or general help questions about trade-ins, purchases, account status, and so forth.

For just under $500 I got a dirty Xbox X and a broken controller, and instead of returning it for a working one, I was offered $20 in store credit for a used one. How is that fair, the controller was packaged broken and now I have to pay an additional $30 to fix it??
