We called, messaged, and even emailed but got no response or answer as to why no one was there for our confirmed(!!) reservation. I would never recommend this place to someone trying to book for a party or special event. If it wasn't for Paint Monkey (beautiful interior and half the price of Paint & Sip by the way) we wouldn't have done anything that afternoon. We have yet to here back from someone in regards to the matter. The whole situation on top of the terrible customer service, do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

When someone finally responded I was on my way back home. I asked if my jacket could be mailed and I was told that I would have to pay for my jacket to be shipped. I felt like I shouldn't have to pay for shipping because I went to the establishment twice and no one was there. I asked again if my jacket could be mailed and was told that they would send me $20 for my jacket. I said no, my jacket cost more then $20. The owner told me that my jacket was not there anymore that someone took it. I called the establishment and the owner answered. I tried to explain how I felt and that I tried twice to come get my jacket and she told me that she didn't care about how I felt or my situation. She was very rude and disrespectful. I will never patronize this location ever again.

It's sort-of hidden in a random strip mall, but there are so many cool things inside. Definitely worth visiting on a regular basis. The laser tag is TERRIFIC. It had accurate (or accurate enough) guns, a good arena, fun decorations, and detailed scoring. The indoor playground is great, and even though my kids are "older," they thought ballocity and the inflatables set up when we visited looked like fun, and we're planning to go back soon so they can play there. There's a good variety of food and candy available to purchase. The arcade is packed with entertaining games, but not crowded. The ticket redemption counter/room also has a lot of tempting prizes! The people working here are terrific, too. We got a tour, and all of my very-inquisitive son's questions were answered. I highly recommend this business for parties, rainy days, too-hot days, too-cold days, kid get-togethers, family fun, etc.

I specifically chose Puzzle Room because I read online it was good for teenagers and I wanted to take my 14 yo niece and 12 yo nephew. We chose Christmas Countdown. It was really challenging. I was actually surprised how hard the one room was. Speaking of, this is very different from other Escape rooms that I have done as once you solve the puzzle a door opens and leads you into another room with puzzles! It was really fun and stressful - we solved the puzzle with 4 seconds to spare. After we got out my niece and nephew were ready to do another one. We cannot wait to come back and do the Sasquatch puzzle!

They have a huge selection of items to paint and prices and pieces range from around $8 to up to $80. You pick your piece and paint colors and then go to work. To get the true color you need three coats, so it can tale awhile. But it is a really fun experience and the staff is really helpful. They fire your piece and you come back to pick it up in a week or two. Great for something to do with the kids, a date, time with friends or even a fun solo activity.
