This place is a huge indoor playground with three floors of hands-on exhibits that kept them moving the whole time. They loved Toddler Town on the first floor the desert themed soft play, sensory elements, and crawl spaces were just right for their age. But the real highlight was The Summit, the giant 70-foot climbing structure that spans all three floors with 12 levels. I was surprised how well our 2 and 3 year olds handled it! They climbed the levels with no problem, exploring different challenges and interactive spots at their own pace. It was great to see their confidence grow as they went up and down. They also enjoyed the water play area (smocks provided still recommend a change of clothes) and some of the imaginative play zones. We spent about 2.5-3 hours there, and it felt like the perfect energy-burner in air-conditioned comfort a lifesaver in Las Vegas! The museum is clean, the staff is friendly, and it's very stroller-friendly. Admission is $15 for Nevada locals with valid ID and $20 for non-locals (kids under 1 are free). We went on a weekday and it wasn't too crowded, which made chasing the boys around much easier. Helpful tip for families on a budget: If you have a valid EBT, SNAP, or WIC card, you can get admission for just $5 per person (up to 4 tickets per adult cardholder cards must be shown at entry for verification; in-person only). We also decided to add on lion feeding for the 2 of us, which took place at the end. During the tour, we made our way around and got so much information from Tyler. You could tell he truly loves what he does and the animals love him right back! The animals are very well taken care of, and have plenty of space for having previously been at the MGM. When we were prepping for the lion feeding after our tour, Tyler was kind enough to show us the fridges of food and how much they go through in a day, which was a lot! Of the lions you could choose from, we chose to feed Cheeto. She was beautiful and very nice! I think this place is great! They have different kinds of birds (flying and non) and tortoises. This is a great family friendly place as well. You learn a lot and get to see really cool animals pretty close! The parking lot is kind of small if you are there later in the day, so that is something to keep in mind when deciding when to go. It is clean, I found myself wanting them to have pools and more shade. Not realistic and in reality these are cats that natural survive high heat environments. They do have enrichment activities for the cats that you get a chance to watch. The staff are kind and some hesitate to stop and answer a question or two. Worth stoping by and supporting. They are now doing yoga with the lions a couple days a month.

When the claw actually grabs a stuffed animal, it suddenly loosens and opens halfway before reaching the prize chute. It feels like the machines are set up to make you keep buying more tokens, especially when the prize is so close to dropping. That's not fair. If you haven't noticed it before, pay close attention the next time you play. As someone who regularly visits arcades and plays claw machines with my family, I can definitely tell the difference between a machine that's challenging and one that's intentionally set to make you lose. Overall...it was a frustrating experience, and I don't see myself coming back.

Bonus points for Friendship Park being right next door, because the vibes here are actually good and not just "posted-on-a-sign" good. We've been coming here for years and it never misses. Every visit delivers the same thing: peace. It's beautiful without trying too hard. Some days it honestly feels like you took a wrong turn and accidentally crossed into another state,calmer, greener, quieter... and nobody asking you for anything. Perfect place to walk the dogs, let the kids burn off every ounce of energy, or just sit and clear your head when it's been running at 100 mph all day. If you need a mental reset without packing a bag or burning gas, this is the place. Safe to say this park is officially locked into our weekly and monthly routine
