One reason why I love this place so much is how connected this place is to the community, where there are solid connections to different organizations if you're interested in that. For a social night, there's nothing missing! There's countless games and if you are overwhelmed, you can ask for recommendations and they got it. The drinks are pretty solid too, with lots of choices. I love getting to try out different games before committing to getting one for the family.

To put it lightly, I was pleasantly surprised about this affordable, fun game spot. Not to mention it's an easy option for a second date. To start, you walk into an expansive amount of board game options. The walls are lined from floor to ceiling with any game you can imagine! There are seating options for your group at a table or just have an intimate evening at the bar. They have a bar with beer and cider on draft and a few canned and non-alcoholic options. You won't find hard liquor, which will keep things from getting too messy. If you've played Uno with a spirited group, then you can appreciate this. Staff is friendly and helps you with any questions you have. You may want to reserve your space since almost every chair was filled on a Wednesday night. It's a cozy atmosphere that is absolutely worth experiencing with your friends.

Very chill dude, it was a comfortable and quiet experience and he was always sure to ask about handling the cards in any way. I honestly had no idea I was sitting on a gold mine but I brought a few cards I may be able to part with and I was thinking maybe $20-30 but he offered me a great percentage of total value. I'm a bit of a hoarder when it comes to collectible things and he just patiently let me think real hard about a couple of the cards he wanted but overall I think he was very fair and Jill was also very friendly and both gentlemen seemed to know what they were doing with these cards. Thanks for taking the time to confirm my suspicions about Lugia. They definitely encouraged a couple of gradings and gave their best guesses of the possibilities I could be looking at. In the end I let my Dark Dragonite go But they gave me a very fair price and I'm a whole lot closer to getting the transmission I need. Would recommend if you have some cards you want to take to some professional people this is the place. Check it out if you're looking for some cards as well because they had some nice cards under the counter too. Looked like a pretty vast selection of box sets, ETBs, booster packs and some of the coveted sets like Prismatic. I'll definitely come back again soon. Thanks George. You guys rock

She loved Lake Tahoe and spent a fair amount of time skiing the various locations around the lake. For a departing gift for her, I decided to purchase a large Lake Tahoe wood map which showed many of ski resorts around the lake. She absolutely loved it. Last week, my wife saw on Instagram that Tahoe Wood Maps was having a sale on their slightly blemished/imperfections. We decided to check out the sale. We arrived about an hour or so after the sale started and there were no large maps of Lake Tahoe but there were some large maps of other areas like San Francisco and New York. We did see quite a few 11" x 15" wood maps of Lake Tahoe with minor imperfections that were deeply discounted. We bought one for ourselves and one for my brother and his significant other who visited last year and also loved Lake Tahoe. While we were there we also asked about custom orders which they are happy to do as well. This is a great local business that produces some really cool maps as a treat for yourself or as a gift!

When I saw that they were having a sale for their "imperfect" pieces, we knew we had to look. We were more than impressed by the quality of their "imperfect" pieces. We always had our eye on a larger version of the Lake Tahoe map because they actually have the lift lines for each ski resort on the map. Such a perfect detail! The prices were so good we also got a smaller piece which is of SF Bay. The colors and detail are truly incredible. These pieces are unique and the perfect touch for home or office decor.
