My **assumption** is that they never sent the package in the first place. They take a picture of the envelope with your address on it and act like that is all the proof they need. Don't waste your time with them. Use ebay, lukiegames, pnpgames etc. Use literally any other site and avoid this pathetic excuse for a website.

If they don't have something that you have your eye on, you can connect with them to see if they will order it for you (which they likely will, if they can!) Really flexible hours of operation, open late many nights of the week, and there are constantly events occuring here. They have a fairly large, well-lit, and clean gaming space in the back. I had my eyes set on Agricola but after talking to the associate I realized I wasn't ready for such a heavy euro game just yet. The associate asked us what we liked and then basically went through their entire collection with us, pointing out and explaining various games that he thought would appeal to us. You don't get customer service like that anymore! All the games are also much cheaper than you would find at Chapters or Mastermind Games. They've also got tons of other nerd stuff like comic books, figurines, and superhero paraphernalia. After some years of use, the screen went-out and one of the springs in the battery compartment corroded due to a leaky Energizer. I got quotes in the hundreds for repair at various places. On a lark, I asked Luigi at Nerdgasm for a quote and he said to bring the device by for a consult, issued a ticket and said to leave with him for review. Because the device is rare and niche, to say the least, he took his time because he wanted to be careful and examine it properly in case of any other issues. Aging electronics require caution. Luigi took personal interest in the device and suggested a compelling ballpark figure, pricewise. The upshot: spring was replaced and the screen was updated to a modern variant with a lot of added cool features not in the original. The price was in the double digits, well within my budget. While Luigi is not quick with older, rare devices, (because he is cautious), the end result is worth the wait with modest pricing. If you have some rare special electronics where care and attention to detail supersedes speed, Luigi at Nerdgasm is your first consult.

The other evening we as a family participated in a Black history online event with Akilah Newton as presenter. We learned about the colouring/activity books she helped create in order to spread knowledge and awareness of Black Canadian heroes and history. With my knowledge (no pun intended) of this place I decided to give them a call to see if they had the books in stock, allowing me to get the books sooner, support local and also avoid shipping costs. They confirmed that they did and had the books ready for pickup when I arrived. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store is situated an older former home in downtown Brampton that has been rezoned for commercial use - along with a few other businesses nearby. There is a reasonably large parking lot in behind. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the layout was when I entered and the size of the place and book selection were both larger than I expected. Lots of books for all ages and all sorts of genres - such as fiction, non-fiction, spirituality, body-positivity, etc... Go and check them out and help support a very unique and vital business.
