The second time I came in the store opens at 10Am and I was sitting in the parking lot at 10:44 and a few minutes later they arrive at 10:47 to finally get to the store as I sat in my car waiting to exchange controllers and after I go in I tell the guy about the controller he tells me that he can't warranty the white controller because it's broken and they don't sell broken controllers but I tell him I didn't break it it was sold to me like that then tells me he's going to check the cameras to see. I had a receipt texted to my number he offers to refund but I wanted a different controller to be given he gives me the black one with dirt and no offer to clean it what so ever and no testing the controllers they're selling I get home to load up a game I chose saints row 3 and my character starts walking by himself which is obviously stick drift so that's two faulty controllers I wouldn't recommend honestly but that's my experience at forever games.

They also have a cabinet that has "rare games" with prices to match, but nothing ever feels outrageous. All games are priced competitively and the store itself feels open, bright, and welcoming. While I might not be a massive player anymore, I always stop by when I can to pick up cheap entertainment or if I get tempted for a new blockbuster. The employees are nice, and I found they give better prices for used games compared to gamestop.
