Regular readers of my reviews and UK citizens, will be familiar with Game as one of the leading brands for selling games in the UK, for both new and pre-owned. This branch in particular is in Bury, inside the "newer" part of "The Rock." This store is quite nice, although a little small compared to other stores such as Manchester Arndale and Oldham, but still it is a relatively nice store with still a decent selection of games, although the selection on older consoles such as the Xbox 360 is quite poor, with the newer "Xbox One" models being prioritised. I can't really comment on the full range, having just come in the store to get my hands on one game in particular "Rugby 15 Xbox 360", however the staff seemed really helpful in helping me find it. They told me they did not have it in, the woman who served me seemed to try really hard to find it, and even check other stores, even though it seemed like she was a trainee or just a student doing work experience, she got her manager to take another look, and he also seemed helpful and polite and helped guide me to local stores, which had the game in stock, there I learnt Manchester Fort had 4 copies and a store in the Manchester Arndale had one. Overall, this is a nice Game store with fantastic staff, but the range is just okay, and is quite poor on some consoles, most of the pricing is okay / good / competitive but they is a good number of items, as in other branches, which are quite pricey. read more
