Not sure about this place as a video game and film rental place, but I do know it as an off license. It flogs all the normal stuff. I don't mean it flogs normal stuff in the sense of giving normal things a good flogging, beating and pummeling, but rather it flogs normal stuff in the sense of selling and vending it. I don't know why they say that this place has got something to do with video games because all one can see is just the ample amount of alcohol stocked in here. It's a fairly known off license shop which is frequented by many in Rusholme area who're probably put off by Spar's pricey-ness. Even if you're not a famous and beautiful celebrity they will let you shop here; there's no velvet rope in this VIP section. Beers, wines, spirits, crisps and sweets are all available at Superstar.
