The difference is night and day. The tile is perfectly done and you can tell he actually knows what he's doing. He was professional, on time, explained things clearly, and didn't try to upsell or cut corners and most importantly he listened to all my fears/concerns. His pricing was very reasonable, especially for the quality of work. I was so happy with how my kitchen floor came out that I'm now hiring him to do all of the tile work in my house. If you want someone honest, skilled, and affordable, I would 100% recommend him.

In one day they removed the wallpaper and the paste, sanded and repaired the wall, primed the wall and put on two coats of paint! They politely pointed out that my paint job in the hall was not very good and asked if they could put another coat over it for no extra cost! They did and it looks so much better. Carlos and Miguel did a wonderful job and cleaned up everything. The cost of $900 was very fair. Even if you get a lower bid I would go with them for the proven quality of their work.

However I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYTHING ELSE. The project was completed in early October and we are still cleaning up after their work. They subcontract out plumbing work and tile to other companies that are horrible. I had to pay another company to fix their mess. Also his good price estimate was over another 50% and took four weeks longer then expected. Again as a painting company they are ok if you want anything else done "STAY AWAY" tile company and plumbers they use are subpar.

Amar, the project manager, was incredibly attentive to detail and kept me updated every step of the way. He provided a full booklet of siding, shingle, and gutter color samples, which made choosing from the many options surprisingly easy. I wanted my gutters to blend seamlessly with the siding, and thanks to the wide selection, I found the perfect match. Once the colors were finalized, all materials arrived quickly and the project moved forward without delay.
