I'm taking away two stars because: 1: They rarely have a large selection of merchandise and 2: It's always hard to locate what little merchandise the store has then you may have to end up seeing if they have your size shoe at a different location. But other than those two things I'll give it a shot a see what they have any day!.

The store is small, a decent stock but nothing really spectacular. The prices are decent and the customer service is great. With that being said I would suggest shopping elsewhere if you are not in the area. I drove a great distance for some patches but they didn't have them. Happy Yelping.

My shipmate who ordered reached out and they said there's nothing they can do. I spent $125 on this and they won't even make a new one with the correct spelling of my name? Unfortunate. I won't recommend this company to anyone who is getting anything customized. Product would've been nice if it weren't for the fact that they're unwilling to replace their mistake. Then the owner wanted to lie on Google reviews and say i had an email with the name "Jeffery Mitchell. " There was never an email chain. My coworker physically gave printed sheets of paper from fltmps with our names printed on it and when she called to let them know there was an error and their response was that there was nothing they could do about it now. Please explain why, if there was an email chain showing the name given was Jeffrey Mitchell, my paddle says "Jewel" Instead of Jewelle. This is a prime example that even as a civilian, the chiefs mess cannot be trusted. I hope those who "google it out" find this review helpful.

The boots have always been very pricey but they held up very well and lasted on average 3 years. We would drop them off at least yearly to have them treated. The latest boots were just as expensive but less than 1 year later, these boots are already failing. There is a marked difference in quality. My husband kept asking "Are you SURE these were last Christmas?" I just looked through my purchases and photos on my phone and indeed they were delivered December 28, 2022. He said the sole started coming off last night. It is early November and he's been complaining about these since September. Needless to say, we are looking elsewhere for replacement boots. It's unfortunate because Red Wing was always quality was always reliable until this pair. The customer service at the store was very helpful which is why I even gave 2 stars. They assisted me in looking up his specific previous shoes to ensure consistency. I wish the quality was the same. Certainly not worth $200+ anymore.

I don't go shoe shopping often, so prices have definitely increased since the last time. After picking a pair I noticed they had shoes on clearance on the other side. Lol. Omg!! I was not going through that whole process again!! They had jewelry, kitchenwares, clothing, candy, bras, and etc. There were several different sales going on in different departments.
