I only spoke with Klaudia (the owner), who mentioned she was renting a space inside Pearl Auto Spa at 3049 W. Irving Park. Here's the kicker: Tim claimed, "When we first spoke, I pointed out specific scratches, paint chips, rust, and damaged body panels that would require bodywork, and you acknowledged that." In reality, it was the complete opposite--I was the one who brought up all the issues with my car, which is the whole reason I went there in the first place! That's not really a great thing to say to a customer where they will be worried if the work will be subpar or if the car will come out with an IED strapped under the carriage when you pick it up. I would encourage the business to not say things like that to customers and encourage their workers not to discriminate based on background. It's understandable that tensions are high in that regard, but business is business and we are all in the USA.

I watched the videos on Instagram and I'm like very nice work, he seems great, nice reviews but then my turn. The only one that has hospitality is the girl at the front desk. she mind as well did my tints herself. she was very pleasant. I said Good Morning to the owner he didn't acknowledge a customer in his waiting room , or if I was be helped, nothing of that sort. when I was all done he just placed my keys on the desk and no " Thank you for trusting us, and checking us out, and if you have any questions or concerns please give us a call. would have saficed. Sadly my visit was not it. The whole time I felt like just take my money and that was it. I'm just another money sign to the owner. I work in customer service so hospitality is a huge thing that makes my decision to come back and refer my people or never come back again.
