She is the epitome of poise, professionalism, likability, high EQ and high IQ and mostly, a genuine kind person. Extremely competent and meticulous. Hands down the best buyers realtor we've ever worked with. She found us our dream home, walked us through every step, recommended handy man, pool company, electrician, etc. She is like ChatGPT in human form. We absolutely adore Maichee. Second, Renee White was our selling agent. She is truly a boss lady! She knows real estate inside and out, and can probably sell just about anything. She's so charming and funny, yet so professional and "on top of her game" at the same time. Her entire team (Darlene, Michaela, Issac, etc) are all wonderful. They basically took charge of our house, made the necessary improvements, strategically got as much foot traffic as possible. Our house was sold very quickly to the perfect buyer. It was so seamless for us. We are so grateful to have found both these beautiful ladies to represent us. It doesn't get any better than these two!

What is typically one of life's most stressful experiences became incredibly seamless, smooth, enjoyable and, dare we say, even fun! From the moment we met Dana and the team at an open house, we knew we had to work with them. Their authenticity, warmth, and knowledge of the Lamorinda market was unmatched. More importantly, they genuinely care about and are invested in their clients. We never felt like we were just another transaction. Every member of their team cared about helping our family find the perfect home while maximizing the value of the home we were selling and ensuring a quick, successful close. Marisol, Brad and Allison were absolutely amazing from the start of our home buying journey - really getting to know us, our needs, and helping us navigate the market. They guided us through every step of the process with patience, honesty, and incredible expertise. Somehow they knew (even before we did), that our dream home was within reach. They encouraged us to tour it, and the minute we pulled up, we knew it was the one. They helped us strategize quickly and execute seamlessly securing the home we are so lucky to call ours today. It was the easiest decision to then call on their help for our second transaction and sell of our first home in record time, making the entire process feel effortless from start to finish. For the purchase of our new home... 1) Lisa and Kristi have an amazing network. We needed to put in an offer in a single day and they mobilized their network to get us pre-approved for a loan, insurance secured, and a few last minute visits to the house for 'mini-inspections'. 2) Lisa and Kristi have access to tons of 'pocket listings'. They are part of Compass, which runs most of the listings in our area, but they are well-connected w/ the broader real estate community to understand what's coming, what are the details, and what is a fair price. 3) Lisa and Kristi have great knowledge of what to look out for. There were more than a couple things that they caught, which saved us time, money, and headaches. For the sale of our existing home... 1) They keep a pulse on the market, which shifted in the (2) months between when we bought and when we sold. The level of pricing insight was essential to have a successful outcome, and much better than any ChatGPT analysis :) 2) They know what buyers are looking for, which then drives how they prep and stage the houes. They were very communicative, open to ideas / suggestions, and timely. 3) They understand how home selling works, and paced us to ensure that we set offer dates, reviewed bids, and asked for more when it made sense. All in all, they are a great team that complements each other well. We went from home viewing to offer accepted in 5 days for our purchase, and we went from listing to accepted bid in 5 days on our sale.

Jane is part of the 10% of elite agents that know the business and work. She does everything for you. Does not leave "money on the table." You can trust this woman. Hire her, you will not regret it. The longer more detailed review: I have actually known Jane for probably around two decades. I first met her when she was working for my father. My father has been a broker realtor for 35 years. But in his old age, he has decided that he does not want to do any more deals. Especially for a family member. Mixing business with family can be precarious. I found myself in the position of having to sell an apartment my husband and I owned in Rossmoor Walnut Creek. It's an adult Senior Living Community and the HOA has many, many, many, guidelines and procedures that need to be followed. Somebody really has to know their stuff to effectively sell a home for the maximum profit. Jane did an amazing job. I was so glad to be reunited with her after not seeing her for a few years. It was like time had stood still. I enjoyed talking to her on the phone about the deal as much as just life. Jane is such a delightful person and can be trusted completely. I am not used to NOT micromanaging an agent. I found myself never needing to micromanage Jane. She took care of everything most of the time before I even had the chance to ask her. This is not usual. I've worked with agents in San Francisco and in Silicon Valley and 90% of them are lazy, "leave money on the table" and or really DO NOT care about what is their clients best interest. They want everything to be easy. Jane is a "go-getter" and totally proactive. Did a great job! She handled everything from getting the painter and electrician to do work on the unit, to pushing it along in the title company once it was in escrow. In fact, we fell out of escrow on the last day buyer had to remove contingencies but Jane kept showing the property and insisted it remains active status until contingencies were lifted. The same day it fell through, we got an even better, all cash, no contingencies offer. Whew, that was a close one! Nobody wants to stay on the MLS for a long time. When you fall out of escrow it looks bad, even when it is not your fault and it happens all the time. But, we didn't have to worry because she had a list of interested parties. The unit sold to the first person on that list. She is good at staying on top of the Title company. Handled our 1031 on her end. I look forward to any and all reasons why our paths would cross again. In fact, I will miss having the excuse to call her and have wonderful, engaging conversations. I would highly recommend her for any real estate needs one has! Such a pleasure to work with you again Jane. Thanks for everything!!!
