I hired Anna to clean a residential unit back in October. We expected that she would be the one…read morecompleting the service and would be sticking to the quote provided. On the day of the cleaning, someone not associated with Anna's business arrived to complete the clean which was never communicated with us. The person who arrived was unkind, clearly bothered by being there, and left within the hour of arrival with no communication to any of us. She returned the following day to complete the clean, still rather rude, and did very little to actually clean the space. It is a jr. 1 bedroom, smaller than the size of an average studio apartment. Anna then told us that the person she "contracted out to" wanted to charge her $100 an hour for the clean and claimed to have been there for two full days of work. Over the course of the month we were sent multiple sporadic communications and invoices as high as thousands of dollars for a job that was never completed and done outside of what we agreed to. When I stepped in to take over communication and get the situation cleared up, I set an appointment to speak with Anna. She missed the phone appointment, despite texting with us earlier in that day. I attempted contact with her again yesterday, and finally after multiple texts and a call was able to get her on the phone to discuss the situation. We negotiated the invoice down to the hours truly worked at the quote we agreed on; despite the job not being done I agreed to pay to end the matter. This finally occurred at the end of my day yesterday. I then find that she called me outside of work hours, called my employee, and threatened to add a late fee if the invoice is not paid today. An invoice that had just been sent the night prior at end of day. I find Anna's actions and communication to be deeply unprofessional. I cannot recommend her services, and will not be working with her again in the future.

These guys showed up when they said they would, cleaned my house more thoroughly than it's ever been cleaned, and were a pleasure to deal with. I've had other house cleaners over the years through other companies. It seems like they send out a roster of different people and there are inconsistent results because everyone does things differently. I'm usually left happy that someone else cleaned my house, but annoyed at a lot of the missed items. The owner of this company cleans your house and he CARES what you think. They moved small furniture and all of my houseplants to get under them. And did my baseboards. My floors are spotless. My house is SO CLEAN. I have zero complaints! They were also very friendly to my dogs! Highly recommend. I got 5 quotes, this company was comparable in price and offerings to the other 4. I went with them initially because they could fit into my schedule the easiest/quickest. Glad I did! Also-easy online payments. Will definitely revise my monthly budget to sign up for the bi-monthly service!
