Needed a deep cleaning asap for a pet waste related incident. Communication with Anna was prompt and she was able to answer any question regarding her process and ingredients used. As a bonus she was even able to come out the same day. Affected areas are looking clean as ever. Very satisfied with the service! read more

I can't possibly begin to tell you how fortunate I was to find Anna. She has gone above and beyond, even finding someone who could help repair some leaky faucets, holes in walls and other fixes needed before going on the market. She and her team have been so thorough, even doing windows! Great communication and really easy to work with. I feel so lucky that I found her! You won't find someone who works as hard for the money and helps you like Anna does. She's a gem! read more

I hired Anna to clean a residential unit back in October. We expected that she would be the one completing the service and would be sticking to the quote provided. On the day of the cleaning, someone not associated with Anna's business arrived to complete the clean which was never communicated with us. The person who arrived was unkind, clearly bothered by being there, and left within the hour of arrival with no communication to any of us. She returned the following day to complete the clean, still rather rude, and did very little to actually clean the space. It is a jr. 1 bedroom, smaller than the size of an average studio apartment. Anna then told us that the person she "contracted out to" wanted to charge her $100 an hour for the clean and claimed to have been there for two full days of work. Over the course of the month we were sent multiple sporadic communications and invoices as high as thousands of dollars for a job that was never completed and done outside of what we agreed to. When I stepped in to take over communication and get the situation cleared up, I set an appointment to speak with Anna. She missed the phone appointment, despite texting with us earlier in that day. I attempted contact with her again yesterday, and finally after multiple texts and a call was able to get her on the phone to discuss the situation. We negotiated the invoice down to the hours truly worked at the quote we agreed on; despite the job not being done I agreed to pay to end the matter. This finally occurred at the end of my day yesterday. I then find that she called me outside of work hours, called my employee, and threatened to add a late fee if the invoice is not paid today. An invoice that had just been sent the night prior at end of day. I find Anna's actions and communication to be deeply unprofessional. I cannot recommend her services, and will not be working with her again in the future. read more

Anna was so lovely and helpful. We needed an emergency clean for a home we were moving into that hadn't been cleaned after the prior tenant moved out. Anna came by next day with two other cleaners and did a wonderful job, especially on such short notice. read more

You don't know what your house needs until you hire someone who really knows how to clean. We were beyond pleased with Anna's service. Our home didn't just look cleaner, it FELT cleaner! It's been several days and the cleaning is holding up, even after a huge gathering at our place. Money well spent! read more

Worked well with my mom to service her home. I live in another state & it was easy for them to arrange the timing, and let me take care of the payment. read more

Anna and her partner did a fantastic job with our move-out clean, both working long hours to get everything done in time for our deadline to drop off the keys and still offered a very affordable flat rate. I got quotes from a few different cleaners and companies before choosing Anna, and though she's new to Yelp, she's not new to cleaning and her experience shows. Highly recommend for any house or apartment clean. We were in full panic mode trying to get everything done in time, had to reschedule from a weekday to a weekend, and didn't even have everything done by the time they came over. They were incredibly understanding and super flexible, working on the empty rooms while we were still finishing up packing. They brought their own cleaning supplies and used all green products that don't give you headaches. Because the products are natural some of the items took longer, like multiple sprays and cleans of the oven and stove, but that's also because to be honest I've only cleaned that thing a couple of times in the last several years. They took care of mold in the windows and got to all the cabinets and nooks and crannies that I'm frankly embarrassed got to the point they were at. But they never made me feel ashamed, even though they had every right to at least do a LITTLE shaming at my grossness. The floors in particular needed a lot of love and they did great with them, too. The photos don't do it justice, especially compared to the before. My partner and I are super grateful for their help. :) read more

We hired Anna for a move-out clean. Communication was excellent, she is very down to earth. She did an amazing job and we are very satisfied with her work. The clean ended up being a bigger job than she thought, which was no surprise to us. She put in some long hours and had a friend help one day, it all got done and everything looks great! Would definitely hire again and again! read more
