This thrift store is in one of the lowest income cities there is with many farm workers living there and migrants you would think there is a thrift store with reasonable prices but that's not the case there prices are too high I seen an elderly man wanting to buy a suitcase but only had 10 dollars and the worker told him 25 dollars that there were some for 10 dollars but not that one . Looking at the suit case it was worth 10 dollars and doesn't these things come from donation . All the clothing is donated I don't see why they can't negotiate prices to get rid of the stuff. There jeans are $10 -20 dollars were in other thrift stores in middle class cities are $6.99 . They do have donation food boxes every week that is great for the community but they only sell there items for cheap if they have pallets of that same item. Sleeping bags were surprisingly $1.00 which is fantastic.most of the furniture are at prices that can be bought brand new. I think if they were to lower or negotiate there prices they would have better business. Especially for the lowest income city they have there thrift store located. It's is supposed to help the community not take advantage of there wallets. read more
