Sometimes it's really grudging and the customers can be giga buffoons, but I've had no issues myself. Workers are efficient and I can go in and out ASAP. They have PO boxes here and some outgoing mailboxes outside too. They also have stamps and other postal goods for sale too. I've mailed stuff from here, picked up items from here (though for international ones I've had to go further for some reason), I've returned items through them, all's good. Also just a word of the wise, I've seen and been in car accidents in front of this post office. People are trying to speed through the plaza or stupidly try to park in front of the post office to quickly drop something off and it's a busy shopping plaza, and they get scuffed. Unfortunately, the post office can't release any camera footage if you do get scuffed.

The employee (the guy, the lady is always nice) immediately shouted from behind the counter, "I cannot take your packages, I am by myself." I told him I was perfectly willing to wait until he finished helping everyone else. His response? Still no. He told me he had other packages to scan in the back and to "try the West Covina location." Seriously? I wasn't asking to skip the line--I was literally willing to wait my turn. Apparently even that was too much to ask. I ended up driving another 15 minutes and waiting another 20 minutes at a different location while my wife sat in the car with our crying, hungry baby. Being short-staffed is understandable. Flat-out refusing service to a patient customer because you don't want to deal with a few packages is not. Absolutely lazy and unacceptable customer service.

Apparently the business owner of this parcel shop is completely unaware that they are a pick-up point location for Vinted packages, meaning anyone can choose to have their package dropped off here and pick it up similar to those Amazon Parcel pick up point locations. I came in expecting to simply pick up the package, but instead I was completely brushed off and was told repeatedly there was nothing for me there if I did not have a mailbox with them. The stubborn store owner thinks/assumes that they only have a contract for Vinted/SpeedX package drop offs, but they are also listed as a pick-up location which cannot seem to get into his incompetent brain. I showed the employee, again who I assume is the owner Dwayne, the email & QR code instructions to pick up the package and continues to tell me there is "nowhere" for him to scan the QR code. He made me feel like unless you're paying him money to essentially "rent" a mailbox through his small business there is nothing for you there. I explained to him that I was provided delivery drop-off photos by the shipping provider, SpeedX and showed him and he replied, "I don't care what photos they took there is nothing for you here if you do not have a mailbox through us". Please DO NOT come here. Stay far away instead save yourself the trouble and go to your regular post office. Absolutely TERRIBLE service I'll never be back.

I was in and out in about 15 min. They also do taxes and auto registration services. Plenty of parking in the back, just don't drive by too fast or you'll miss the driveway!

The building itself has a really charming, old-school feel to it. It's not modern or flashy, but in a good way. It genuinely feels like stepping into a little piece of the past, which I appreciated. They open at 8:30 a.m., and while there was a short wait and a line, that part was understandable given the holiday season and the fact that many transactions understandably take time. What really stood out was the young Latino gentleman with glasses working the counter. I didn't catch his name, but he was incredibly efficient, patient, and had a genuinely good attitude. As someone who doesn't regularly use the post office and needed to send certified mail, I definitely needed a bit of guidance, and he handled that smoothly. You could clearly tell the difference between customers who come in regularly and people like me who needed some direction, and he treated everyone with the same level of respect. He honestly deserves five stars on his own. That said, the overall experience lands at four stars for me. I was a bit surprised by the cost of certified mail, which came out to around $11, and I'm not sure if that's standard or holiday pricing. I also noticed he was on his phone calling the Covina main office, which made me wonder if he was trying to get backup. During the holiday rush, having only one worker feels like a lot to put on one person and can slow things down for customers. I'll absolutely be back since this is my local post office, and I'd happily update my review if staffing improves.
