Reluctantly I showed the guy my work boots and asked if he could sew up a spot where the stitching was coming loose. He said I could pick them up on Friday, this was a Monday. Ok, I go to the store on Friday and it's closed. I finally go back on Monday and some Mexican guy is in there that can barely speak English. I ask for my boots. He doesn't know where they are...boots and shoes and strewn all over the place. Finally, I find them laying in a pile behind the counter and nothing has been done to them. I take them and tell the guy to buzz off. What a dump. Avoid this place like the plague!!!!

I took two pairs of shoes to get fixed over 2 months ago. I waited to review to give me enough time to wear them and see how they held up. That makes me happy. Very happy. I'm only taking off a star because the hours posted aren't always indicative of when they're actually open, so I had to make an extra two trips because of it. Seems like the 2 women in store need a Customer Service/Sales 101 class. A customer in the store with a potential sale is better than letting customer leave and ask to return another day.
