I was stranded when my lifts wouldn't retract and were on the ground. I couldn't drive it so they made a house call. I was then able to bring the RV to them and in one day everything was repaired. I am a loyal customer to Ray Catena Mercedes but given my location I went to the closest mercedes dealership to my hotel. Spoke with the service department manager Marco, he was very helpful and explained that the tire would need to be replaced as it was leaking from the same location it had been previously plugged in. Service was fast, tire replaced and my car washed. Overall I am very pleased with this dealership. The only downfall is that it has an extremely limited selection of food and the waiting lounge is barren. There is no sink in the kitchen area so I had to empty out beverages in the Women's bathroom. Speaking of beverages, there is hot tea and coffee brewed by a Keurig machine and the fridge only has water.There is also a merchandise area, which I feel almost cheapens the feel of the space. If customers would like to purchase merchandise, it can be done online without feeling like they walked into a clothing store as they wait for their vehicle to be serviced. To be fair, I am spoiled as Ray Catena is the highest caliber dealership with a service center worthy of envy. Ray Caten has gourmet sandwiches and beverages, a concierge who ensures your stay is pleasant, a computer area, several lounges, pool table and a cafe area. For what it is, the dealership is great in a pinch, customer service is fantastic and service done in a very timely manner.

I had a hitch installed on my Golf Sportwagen about a month ago. There was a lot of labor involved…read morebecause the bumper cover tail lamps and rear reinforcement all had to come off. The installation took about 3 hours but they only charged me for one and the price installed for the hitch with wiring was reasonable. When the vehicle was on the ramp my abs light was on. The tech explained to me that u haul has a insurance policy and they would cover it if the vehicle had to go back to VW. Fortunately when they took the vehicle off the ramp the light went out. Even though I didn't need it I was put at ease that they would cover it if there ever was a problem. I would highly recommend.
