I bought the chemicals from them and I cleaned my pool on my own, I hired them for the full service…read moreduring the summer, it is worth mentioning that the guy who gave me the service was very kind but when I questioned him because they had double charged me in the second month he told me that I should talk to the office. I was attended by an employee who said was the manager, she told me that they had cleaned my filter, I explained to her that nobody had notified me that this service was going to be carried out because I had already bought new filters (not installed) since they were broken. She showed me a photo of her phone that was supposed to be my filters (dirty) but I don't recognize the place as my house, nor did she show me a photo of them clean and she told me very angry and arrogant that the service had already been done and although it was her fault for not having sent me a previous email as they do with everyone, and she stated that they would no longer provide me with the service, I told her that I wanted to talk to the owner and she only limited herself to say that the owner didn't have a personal email were I could contact her directly, only the general email of the company that is the one that she manages. Definitely, if the owner is not aware of this, they will end her business with a terrible reputation, because it is not possible for them to deceive you and kick you out! Stay away from these people while they are still running that business, they need to learn how to conduct their business more professional..!
