Don't expect to leave stuffed, the portions are on the small side, but they're adequate for a lunch and fair for the price. The problem was the crunchy taco. It was so stale it was inedible. I let our waiter know, and to his credit he was very nice about it and said he appreciated me flagging it and would let the kitchen know. Whether that message ever made it back, I couldn't tell you. What he didn't do was offer to make a fresh one or take it off the bill. It was just, here's your check, thanks for coming in, and I paid full price for food I couldn't eat. This felt out of character. I've had a good meal at their other location, so I know they can do better. Disappointed this time on both the food quality and the way the service issue was handled.

Had some different Mexican foods in addition to burritos and tacos. The Cheese and beef pupusa- thick griddle cake made with cornmeal and stuffed with cheese and chicken. The tacos were a great price at $2.99 each, sorry forgot to take photo- my crew was hungry. Ice cream for dessert- $3.50 landed us 3 scoops of homemade ice cream. They also have a variety of fruit drinks and shaved ice desserts with fruit. I would definitely recommend this place for hungry students as it's near Purdue University.

Bright lights but also decor of a Mexican temple. They had fun, vibrant almost Latin Club music playing so it was upbeat and lively. Service - the service was great. I had seen some reviews complaining but we had nothing to complain about. On a Saturday night at 7:30 we were seated immediately. The waiter took drink orders, came back to get food orders, and checked on us throughout our visit. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Food - probably some of the best Mexican food I've had!! The chips. - nice and thick and crisp. Could have used more salt but I know many places allow people to salt to their own taste. Homemade Hot Sauce - great flavor and a good amount of heat. I really enjoyed it. Ribeye Tacos - delicious. The onions and jalapeños were cooked perfectly. Even the rice was some of the best I had. Highly recommend putting some of the house hot sauce on it. Pastor street tacos - another delicious dish. The combination of the pastor and pineapples with cilantro and onion was perfect. Fajita Salad - had a bite of my daughter's food and it too was good. A good combination of vegetables and meat that I would consider for next time. Overall I would love to stop back here another time if I'm passing through Lafayette.
