Dr Sarabia administered treatment and as part of my treatment plan also installed a permanent bridge over the teeth I did loose. Now I can eat comfortably again, my cheek is no longer as droopy, I am pain free, and I am smiling again!! I love it! I'm almost finished with my treatment plan and each time after my visit I remain totally impressed by his skill, knowledge, and patience. I am greatful that Doc always takes the time to thoroughly explain the procedures needed and again does so every step of the way. I do live 3 hrs away but do not mind the travel time because the treatment and care I will receive will be excellent. The entire staff is always cheerful, pleasant and flexible with scheduling my appointments due to my commute and go out-of-the-way to make it work for me. Many many thanks again to Dr Sarabia and his awesome staff for continuing to make my overall experience a positive one. I love you all!!! I highly recommend Sarabia Dentistry whether you have to travel long distance or not.. it is so totally worth it! :) PS: My husband is also a dental patient, and is just as pleased as I :) When dental services are needed.. Packwood Creek Dental was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a dental office. The…read morelength of time that they kept me waiting with absolutely no treatment was inexcusable. I sat in a room for 30 minutes before heading in for X-rays. Once the X-rays were completed, it was back to the room for more waiting. The staff members were friendly. When I asked one of the staff members if they did teeth whitening, they must have saw dollar signs because out of nowhere, Dr Hilda Wee pops in within 30 seconds to sell me whitening. This woman was full of doom and gloom without even looking in my mouth and I could see the dollar signs rolling in her eyes like a slot machine. The kicker was that there was only one hygienist on site that day and I would have to either wait until she was done or schedule another appointment. By this time I had been there for 90 minutes. I decided to schedule another appointment, but with another dental office because these guys are a complete joke and waste of my Friday afternoon.

I would recommend this place for routine cleaning, check-ups, and cavity filling (bummed I had a cavity, first time since I was a kid). I would strongly advise you to go elsewhere if you're considering cosmetic dental work. Options were not sufficiently explained before it was done. I'd ask questions and often get vague responses. Before retiring, the dentist I had been seeing before coming here said that I "was a perfect candidate for Invisalign". Here, they didn't mention that option to me at all. I was told that I was there for a "consultation" the day they wired my teeth. I nearly walked out when it became apparent that they were getting ready to wire my grill, but I let them talk me into it. They clearly wanted to make all the decisions and just send me a bill. They did not seem overly concerned with doing the job well. I'm off to a different orthodontist now, after spending thousands of dollars and months of time. Again, most of the people and my experiences here were good, but you need a truly skilled orthodontist to trust with cosmetic work, and I did not find that here.

Dr. Lam and is hygienists were great, but his office staff is horrible at staying in contact and…read morecommunicating with their patients. I went there originally as a new patient and to ask for a basic cleaning and check up. I was referred to another office in Visalia where they told me a root canal was needed. That office referred me to an out of network office in Fresno, where I had to pay $300 for a visit for them to tell me I need $8000 of work done which would be out of pocket and a root canal was NOT needed. Frustrated, I went back to Dr. Lam's office and let the office staff know of my frustrations being sent out of network, paying $300 out of my pocket just to be told I need $8k of work done, which was an out of network provider. I never recouped my $300 and the lady at Dr. Lam's office told me she would look for a provider that was in network and 8 month's later, nothing ever happened and it took me to continuously follow up and I was trying to be patient with the process the entire time, but eventually gave up. The office told me me it was taking so long because of my insurance provider. Bunch of excuses for office staff that doesn't care about anything but a paycheck. I would not recommend based on the experience with the office staff.
