Dr Arya said it would take 1 hour and 15mins. He was done in an hour! (8 crowns). The staff kept me updated which was very helpful for my anxiety.(all parents understand). Our new dentist office told us we won't have to worry about it because they'll handle it all. On another instance, they refused to see my child because grandmother took him and didn't login to my chart to confirm appointment, however they showed up on time. I called from out of town and they said they wouldn't see him. There's a dentist office on every corner, so avoid this one if you can.

The dental practice is very nice and welcoming (and the restroom is amazing). The hygienist was friendly and gentle and did an amazing job at the cleaning. The dentist did a very thorough exam (so much better than the last practice I was going to) Today I went in to get 3 fillings Not only did she explain step by step but she also made sure I was at ease the entire time. We showed up 10 minutes prior to our appointment time and had previously completed all the forms they sent us. We waited 50 minutes past our appointment time to be seen. I asked the front desk staff when we would be seen and she immediately brought us back to a room where we sat and waited for another 20 minutes before a hygienist came into the room. She was short with us and asked if my son would tolerate x-rays. I mentioned he likely would but might be more squirmy as we've been waiting for over an hour. She rolled her eyes and left the room. We took our very "terrified of dentist" 4 year old to Dr Reddy and she has been nothing short of wonderful.
