Our new dentist office told us we won't have to worry about it because they'll handle it all. On another instance, they refused to see my child because grandmother took him and didn't login to my chart to confirm appointment, however they showed up on time. I called from out of town and they said they wouldn't see him. There's a dentist office on every corner, so avoid this one if you can.

She proceeded to say that my son would need to have general anesthesia to have a cavity filled and "We don't do that here." The callous unproffesional remarks of the dentist justifying that he needed to be "Put to sleep."was extremely unprofessional and disrupting since she claimed to have never read a referral or listened to my child's previous experience. I had my exam and cleaning last month. The front office staff is extremely professional, friendly and making an appointment was easy. The dental practice is very nice and welcoming (and the restroom is amazing). The hygienist was friendly and gentle and did an amazing job at the cleaning. The dentist did a very thorough exam (so much better than the last practice I was going to) Today I went in to get 3 fillings Not only did she explain step by step but she also made sure I was at ease the entire time. I do have to go for a crown and not as nervous about it. The prices are not steep at all either

We showed up 10 minutes prior to our appointment time and had previously completed all the forms they sent us. We waited 50 minutes past our appointment time to be seen. I asked the front desk staff when we would be seen and she immediately brought us back to a room where we sat and waited for another 20 minutes before a hygienist came into the room. She was short with us and asked if my son would tolerate x-rays. I mentioned he likely would but might be more squirmy as we've been waiting for over an hour. She rolled her eyes and left the room. She said the dentist would be right in. It was another 20 minutes before the dentist came in.
