We had WRS replace our muntin bar windows with double insulated LOW-E 366 clear glass and several large leaded glass windows with double insulated LOW-E 366 tempered glass. We were able to swap out the glass for our entire house of windows at a fraction of the cost of complete window replacement. LOW-E 366 is noticeable and worth the upgrade.

Since this is such a big investment, we were nervous, but he made us feel confident in our decision (especially compared to Pella). Installation day went just as smoothly. The crew showed up right on time, was very respectful of our home (booties, cleaning as they worked), and did everything they could to minimize disruption. We have a cat, and they were so accommodating, working room by room so we could keep her calm and safe. Sky even brought her treats, which was such a thoughtful touch. They worked efficiently, were as quiet as possible, and cleaned up as much as you realistically can after a big job like this.
