Horrible! I had 3 homes and 3 vehicles insured with Safeco through Insurance Center Associates. I…read morecanceled all of my policies when they raised my auto insurance even though I didn't have any traffic violations. I cancelled in January in person and then through email because they couldn't find the document. Now Safeco has sent me to collections for $514 on a $62 charge because they say they need a copy of my new declaration page with my new insurance company in order to back date my cancellation in January. When I called the insurance center to complain, they want to play the "It's not us, it's them" game and wash their hands. I could not get a hold of them because their hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Give me a break!) I was very disappointed yet not surprised since this insurance is small and everything with them is processed slow. Anyway, this morning I called to cancel it and was told to fax a signed cancellation notice. Okay, fine. Next step was to get insurance elsewhere. I had State Farm before and figured I should try getting a policy through them again. My husband and I went to see Karen, an agent at this location. She was professional, kind, and very helpful. Got us a very good deal on our two vehicles and renters insurance. She even faxed our cancellation notice to the other insurance company! I seriously recommend State Farm. Thank you!

1. Sad that I had to use this service…read more 2. Even worse - sad that I walked into this place. 3. Glad I walked out before using them. The woman was rude - some dude had his smelly feet up on a desk and didn't take them down upon our arrival. The woman insisted she had somewhere to be even though we showed up at 5:40p - she asked us to come back the next day. Isn't the point of this jip joint to get cash now at a 750% mark-up so I can enjoy the cash INSTANTLY? Bottom line lady, my face is on this review. You had your shot. You blew it. 1 star - because I can't go lower.

The first thing I noticed was a dog named Charlie. I think he belongs to one of the owners, because…read moreas far as I could tell, he wasn't trying to procure a loan. It's possible that he works there as security or even an accountant. With the progress we've made in civil rights, the dog could even be the CEO - I don't want to judge him based solely on the fact that he doesn't wear clothing. The women who greeted me were good-looking, which helps soften the blow of taking out a loan. It must be a business strategy. I was in an out in 5 minutes, and the cash saved my life. Literally. I was locked out of my car and used the check, along with some chewing gum, and a brick to "displace" the passenger window and escape the intolerable sun that would have ultimately led to heat stroke. Thanks Advance Payday!
