You cannot obtain phone numbers, email addresses to other departments like Fraud, Investigation and Risk management. Highly frustrating So Top Secret, Why????Also, fraud was committed on my account. Close to 2,000.00 of fraud. I caught it and had a very, very difficult time getting my money. Now Kinetic is denying me an ATM card because of the fraud situation. It seems because someone stole. from us, we can be at risk for more fraudulent activity so in other words instead of us being considered victims we are a risk all because Kinecta had to replace the stolen funds from our account. Isn't your financial institution there to protect and defend your money? Not in this case. Fraud is like an epidemic, unfortunately. Imagine if all Kinecta members were at some point robbed of their hard earned money and they were denied an ATM card with which we all use to pay bills, Many Kinecta members would withdraw their business from this credit union. Pretty sure it would eventually fail. We are highly disappointed with this financial establishment. BEWARE and stay on top of your banking accounts.Half a star of that. Mrs. Gracia

If you ever feel like being disrespected or assaulted, this is the perfect place to be. I came here…read morein good faith, hoping to get some answers from "professionals". I tried to inform them of a complicated situation. The girl did not understand and went to get the guy in charge for help. She told the one in charge that I wanted to put someone down as a dependent, I respond with "That is false, those were Not my words", he immediately became hostile towards his ego being hurt. I was taking care of my family in another country, but on paper, the it's only sees that you kept the money. I wanted a way where I can inform the IRS about the payments. The guy in charge did not care at all AND I QUOTE, "I don't give about your situation, (then aggressively asks me) are you filing single or married"? Which I TRIED to explain to him my situation so he could help me out. When he asked me," Are you married", I told him that I really don't know because I Actually on literal terms have an ongoing international case about that. My wife (or ex wife) committed fraud on the marriage. But these "professionals" don't give a right? When I told him I don't know, he was laughing and mocking me that I'm "stupid" to not know if married or not -_- there was a witness the Entire time. He went as far as Making me believe that he was literally going to attack me and "aggressively slammed him hands on the desk and approached me as if he was going to him me until I stood my ground, he stopped, then "apologized" for idk what he is apologizing for. I even called him out that he is Not sorry, he is only saying sorry because I called him out on his aggression. Not one apologizy not even accountability for the incident. At the VERY End, he finally admitted that it was being his knowledge. So basically he was aggressive and wanted to attack me because AI didn't Allow him to scam me -_- Luckily, I Did find a place that knows what they are doing.
