When I asked to speak with someone who could advise me on opening a business account, he informed me that it could only be done online. I mentioned that I still had a few basic questions, but he again stated it was all handled online. While I was in line to make my deposit, he handed me a business card. At that point, I started to feel a bit discouraged I had hoped someone there might be knowledgeable and willing to help. When I approached the representative to make my deposit, I decided to ask her my questions, and I'm so glad I did. Celeste was incredibly helpful better than I could've hoped for. She answered my questions without hesitation and didn't make me feel like a bother. What made the experience even better was that she spoke Spanish, which is my native language. It made me feel even more comfortable and understood. I truly appreciate Celeste's assistance. She's not only a kind young lady, but also efficient, helpful, approachable, and understanding. She made me feel at ease and welcomed. Thank you, Celeste, for all your help you are truly spectacular!

Selling or trading in a car can easily feel overwhelming, but Charlie made the experience feel comfortable, straightforward, and well taken care of. His professionalism, patience, and thoughtful approach really set him apart. I would absolutely recommend Charlie to anyone looking to purchase a car or trade one in. He made the experience so much better than I expected. I ended up working with Arely in person and she was absolutely amazing to work with at the dealership. She was so warm, personable, and genuinely kind, and she made the entire in-person experience feel incredibly easy and smooth from start to finish. The moment she stepped in, everything felt seamless and stress-free. She has such a welcoming presence and made what could have been a complicated process feel effortless. At most places, I ran into either poorly maintained vehicles or salespeople who were pushy, unrealistic, or just difficult to deal with. At Beach Cities, everything was the opposite. The process was straightforward, no-nonsense, and professional from start to finish. The vehicle I came in for was clean, ready, and exactly as expected. Everyone I interacted with clearly knew what they were doing, which made the whole experience smooth and efficient. Paul was fantastic; easily the best salesperson I worked with throughout my search. He was friendly, direct, and respectful of my time. From the initial greeting to the test drive, to going over numbers and finalizing the deal, everything was transparent and fair. I also explored doing a trade-in and was fully expecting to have to sell my car privately to get a fair price, but they actually matched what I had in mind, which I didn't expect at all. Overall, the entire experience was professional, punctual, and genuinely easy. No games, no pressure, no hidden fees. Easily the best purchasing experience I had, especially compared to other dealerships (and even CarMax, where I was shown a vehicle that wasn't accurately advertised).

    Branch: Westminster, CA…read more On 9/25/25, OneMain Financial withdrew a duplicate payment from my bank account without my authorization. When I contacted the branch, I was told that to receive my money back quickly I needed to pick up a check in person while I was out of state attending my son's graduation. Staff treated the refund as if they were doing me a favor, rather than correcting their own error. I asked about reimbursement for any overdraft/NSF fees, late fees, or other financial impacts caused by this mistake. The local manager had no answer beyond, "I don't know; I'll have to find out." This is especially frustrating given that OneMain calls borrowers multiple times a day if a payment is even one day past due, yet when they take two payments instead of one, the burden is shifted to the customer to fix it. Requested Resolution: 1. Immediate refund of the unauthorized duplicate payment. 2. Reimbursement of any bank fees or other charges directly caused by this error (documentation available). 3. Written assurance that corrective measures are in place to prevent recurrence. This situation has been handled in an unprofessional manner and has caused unnecessary stress and financial risk. I have also reported this matter with the BBB. *** while typing this- they tried to take a third payment from my account***

However, she and her…read moremanager/supervisor need more education and knowledge pertaining to withdrawals from your 401k retirement plans. I was denied a 3K loan because I was being transparent and told them that I had initiated a withdrawal from my 401k early in the AM prior to my appointment at 1600 because I needed more funds than their 3K loan to cover my emergent financial situation. They kept insinuating that my withdrawal was a loan and kept asking what my monthly payback would be. I explained and showed proof that it was not a loan and that I would not be making monthly payments to pay back my 401k because they did not offer loans against my 401k. Just that it would be taxed plus the penalty fee for early withdrawal. I wish that manager would have come and talked to me face to face instead of relaying questions and messages through Ellie and then to me. Especially when I can hear everything she was talking about. I get it. I'm a high risk applicant but why should I get denied because I needed more funds and had to resort to an early withdrawal attempt from my 401k to cover my expenses? Plus no hello, goodbye or thorough explanation as to why the loan could not be processed. I'm not upset because I got denied. I'm upset with their lack of knowledge in regard to early withdrawals from your 401k. Ellie was nice. If you want fast cash do not be transparent. Don't tell them anything else that is required or else you will get denied. Honesty will hurt you unfortunately.
