I came in about 15 minutes after opening hour and the door was locked. I waited about 3-4 minutes and then the guy came running in with food and drinks. Good thing i waited a few minutes before walking away... Anyway, i told him what the problem was and he said that they don't have that battery in stock so they have to order it. He gave me an invoice for a "free diagnostic" and said that he will let me know soon when the part will arrive, hopefully the same day. Been about 2 weeks now and still haven't heard anything from them. If you are going to abandon a distressed customer, please let him know. I wasted too much time with a barley functioning phone until i just gave up on them ever getting back to me.

I have called & been told I would be called back in "5-10 minutes" only to never be called back twice in 1 day. After showing up at the store I was told it would be 2 weeks before they could fix it after I was told I could walk in to have it fixed today in an hour BEFORE they knew it was a Groupon! It's a scam at its best/worst. Terrible service On top of this they advertise wearing a mask over your whole face & then cough & socialize inside without their own on! So I took my laptop here to get it reinstalled. Luckily, all my important documents and stuff are on the cloud so I didn't have to worry about losing any data. I received an invoice but no explanation as to why it happened and what I should do if it happens again. Oh well. I'll just cross my fingers and hope it'll be fine for a few years.

Despite that, I didn't hear anything for nearly two weeks. When they finally contacted me, communication was very disorganized. Different techs called at different times, but none seemed aware of previous conversations, and I had to keep repeating the situation. At one point, I was told they didn't realize I needed it back quickly -- even though I explicitly stated that when I dropped it off. The delay and lack of coordination made an already stressful situation worse. I was expecting professional, timely service, especially after clearly communicating the urgency, but unfortunately that wasn't my experience. I did ask to speak to the owner and was told "he isn't available." If you need fast, organized turnaround, you may want to look elsewhere.

No chime, no green light, nothing. Apple store told me that the machine was too old for them to fix, but I gave these guys a call & not only was I out the door for a fraction of the price of other shops I called (they wanted $550), but they picked it up from my house for "free", hahaha. Honestly, it was great. I was able to select which kind of part that I wanted (used or new) for the price + flat $200 rate for installation of other upgrades, so I got a new battery ($40), new hard drive, and upgraded my RAM. My old drive was damaged due to the fall, but they managed to get the data back, again: covered by the flat rate. And FAST. All in, I think it was 3 days & now I feel like I have a new laptop, and my kid won't be allowed within 15 feet of the machine. If you go to their location, you need an appointment - its just one or two guys I think. Love shopping locally & having my "trusted mechanic" down the street from me!

The same repair at the Apple store would have run me at least $400. Take advantage of their pick up/drop off service and request a loaner laptop if you'll be needing one.
